We found Your move in Dunfermline very professional. We were relocating from Hampshire and needed to view properties on short notice trips to Scotland as our diary dictated. Tamara excelled with this. Not only did she arrange viewings in short time frame, she also booked us in with Fiona Fellows, the resident mortgage advisor in between viewings. I cannot recommend Fiona highly enough. She knows her business and is a smooth operator. Between the pair of them, the Your move team ahead made our relocation very smooth.

Extremely unhelpful. Put an offer in for a house first, which I was told was first come first serve. Was told they would get back to me once they'd spoken to the landlord. Next day still hadn't heard anything. Phoned up to be told the property was given to someone else, and a voicemail had been left for me- not true. I didn't get any missed calls or voicemails. Just trying to cover their own back. Awful company with awful customer service. Won't be using them again.

I have few a few properties and Tamara is always pleasant and happy to show the property. She seems to have all the answers when questions are asked and is an employee her company should be proud of.
