Would give ZERO stars but it's unfortunately not possible!

This malevolent and disingenuous business is a disgraceful embarrassment due to their deeming it appropriate and acceptable to, as part of their standard business practice, actively engage in unsolicited communications in multiple forms.

Further added to their disgraceful unsolicited communications are their absurd claims of having "a full database of tenants looking for a property that matches your description". Such statement is ludicrous and unquantifiable and designed to intentionally mislead. No such thing as a "full database" exists and any alleged fullness is subjective perception as opposed to quantifiable facts of reality.

Equally, to aver that such alleged "full database" has "tenants looking for a property that matches your description" is another intentionally misleading fallacy purported by the rogues of this business for the sole purpose of implying that this malevolent business has a large list of tenants contained in their "full database" that are actively waiting or wanting to move into a property that matches the description. The absurdity of this proposition is nonsense despite it being worded in a fallacious and intentionally misleading way.

If this malevolent business believes their unsolicited drivel is acceptable then it is suggested that this business is wholly unfit for purpose and if you have an asset requiring looked after, take your business anywhere but here.

There are significant number of letting agent business locally who do not engage in the same unsolicited actions, therefore stay clear of this place if you value your asset.
