Worry no more, YummuMummy Fitness brought to you by Jamie Tulloch Personal Training can help.

Fitness classes for mother and child ages 0-5years every day Mon-Fri split into different age groups, there is a soft play area here your child can sit or take the car seat upstairs. For older children that can move around more we have staff doing activities downstairs in a different area.

There will soon be gym access where you can use the gym at the facility and drop the child off while you workout.

There will be other things happening also such as talks from a Nutritionist, Junior Chef Cookery & Social evenings as I know how hard it can be to get a night out with kids! !
