love zaks order from sheilds even though I get charged 3 pound delivery since I've moved worth every penny and the garlic sauce is a dream��best nan baps coz they invented them not master chef ��

Well what can I say really really nice wouldn't go anywhere else the chicken wraps are lovely and the tikka garlic puri is to die for, will be ordering again ��

We just got a takeaway food is unreal as always real nice however our bottle of pop was completely flat so we rang and with no hesitation there sending us a new one thank u so much still be a regular for the mixed nan kebab :) xxx

Ordered from here tonight and got to say I thoroughly enjoyed my food and the cheesy garlic bread is to die for � thanks Zak's will deffo be ordering again still loads of food left as your portions are deffo an amazing size x

My partner ordered yesterday and we were giving the wrong pizza however I rang them up and the bloke on the phone apologised and as it was closing and the ovens were off he says ring up tomorrow and we will give you a free meal rang up tonight got my free 12 inch chicken balti pizza potato skins and 2 garlic sauce I have used Zaks a lot but think it shows excellent customer service

Arrived only a few minutes late and hot but disappointing. Mixed special kebab - grilled lamb so tough you could have soled your Dr Martens with it, chicken well... what actually was it? I’ve scoffed a few chicken kebabs in my time this was soft plain pure white chunks that could have been left over from someone’s Sunday roast. No spice, no seasoning. Weird for kebab chicken

Been using zaks for a while. Usually can't fault it. Last 2 times we ordered food was late. Last time half an hour late. Driver went to the wrong address. Took an hour and a half to get our food and it was so cold it had to be binned and that was only yesterday.

We order a lot from zaks around £40 at least a week however tonight the delivery turned up we watched the driver deliberately shake a bottle of coke up as he walked up our path we took the bottle in opened it carefully and it exploded all over the kitchen we rang up to complain and was told we didn’t see what we thought we did ! If the staff can do stupid little tricks like that god knows what they do to the food so to say the least they have lost our business

Waiting time is ridiculous, will not be ordering again from here. Been waiting over an hour now and still no food

Shocking service ordered food at 7.25 for it to come at 9.25 2 hrs for food it was cold tried ringing over 30 times for them to leave the phone off the hook so I couldn't ask where or how long it will be safe to say I won't be ordering for yourselves again shit service

Service is crap got the order wrong then tried to tell me it was correct naan bread had no cheese in must have been a bloody big mouse to steal it had to ring as never gave popadoms absolute disgrace will never order again no customer service on the phone either what's the matter now wants shutting down

Paid for a meal deal which came with popadom then also added an extra one, when the order came realised none where in the bag. Rang Zak's to inform them of this and they said they would have them sent out as soon as possible. The delivery came at half 8 and an hour and a bit later and still no popadoms. Food is now cold because we were waiting for them to be delivered. Used to be a loyal customer but this has changed my mind about ordering in the future. Especially saying as I paid in cash and tipped the delivery driver.

Ordered and paif from just eat. Food didn't arrive ended up ordering from somewhere else. Poor service tried to phone but had no answer. Will not be ordering from here again

Order messed up not first time curry poured over rice but wrong curry when called to complain told curry would be replaced but would have to pay for rice when said was not happy girl on phone was quite rude. Told don't want curry back then get phone call of the boss want curry back as person who put up order states was correct, so am I being called a liar. Sorry but not that desperate to do that. Will never order again!!!!!

I couldn't be more disappointed if I tried. All my family were hungry so I thought yes big zaks covers all our needs. We ordered , it was delivered; luke warm ,incorrect. And cost me £30.00 . I could have taken my family out for less with waitress service. I rang to say I wasn't happy to receive a discount next time I order. Please don't take the piss even more I will not be ordering from you again!

Fuckin shit. Looking forward to a pizza waiting an hour on me way home from a night out to find they’ve declined the whole meal an hour ago. Now am starving left with NOTHING TO EAT and can’t get anything cause I’ve drank, NICE ONE!!!!!!!!

100% its the Last time i order from here!!! third time they messed a order up ,,, tonight they ring me and say can we send you a calzone i say no we ordered pizza so they send calzone and then when i ring they start swearing on the phone at me they mess up wrong orders and then swear n get big man mode ! Then another delivery driver turns up so i ring them and they lie and say the drivers been outside 30 mins i asked both drivers and they say the boss zak is lieing first time they been tonight ....big man on the phone but allways a little man in person to top it off ... the foods shite and wont be ordering again considering we order most nights after work ur loss not ours ..!!!
