been wanting to get over and try this place for a few weeks and it didn't disappoint, had a bread, cheese and egg thing to start and a chicken gyros for main and it was all first class, well worth the 40 minute drive to get there

Wow....tried this little takeaway/restaurant today for a takeaway lunch and could do nothing but give it 5 stars! The chicken gyros is beautiful and just the right size portion wise for lunch. Staff are so friendly, the shop itself is immaculate and, with the sun streaming in today you could be transported to a little cafe in Greece with the fresh, bright decor. Honestly, Airdrie has been waiting for something like this. Was kindly given some of the orange cake as a taster...delicious! So fresh and flavourful and was made that day and not long out of the oven - soooo tasty I came away with a lovely big piece of that too. Breathe of fresh air for a takeaway option in the town - give this a try and you won't be disappointed!

We popped in to get an early evening snack. Chicken gyros for the kids and orange cake for me. The staff were friendly and helpful with catering for my son's allergies. The food is delicious and inexpensive. Would definitely recommend. And definitely try the orange cake! �

Tried zante for first time tonight have drove past it for weeks in awe! Got grilled halloumi and chicken Gyros to take away!!! OMG loved every last morsel and was good preparation for going to Greece on Tuesday....... highly recommend and the taste was phenomenal. Can’t wait to pop back this time to sit in. ����

Tried the chicken gyros from this lovely little place tonite..it tasted amazing and u get loads for the money..i will defo b back..beats driving into glasgow..guy that served me was lovely and very friendly..n very easy on the eye as well..the woman who was preparing the food was lovely too..my new favourite take away

This place is amazing!!! The staff are so lovely and the food is amazing and all very reasonable. Will defos be back!!! Also, frigania ( traditional Zante desert) was the best desert I’ve ever tried.

The best moussaka ever. Really enjoyed the spinache pie and also the orange pie. The tsaziki and humous were brilliant very authentic. Will definitely be back for more. The service was extremely friendly

Stopping in for lunch on Saturday and I wasn't disappointed, the food was so fresh and delicious. Three courses later, their spinach and feta pie and orange pie were to die for. Felt like I was on holiday, the staff are so welcoming and made our Saturday afternoon a very pleasant one. Thank you Zante, we will see you again very soon x

Popped into the restaurant with the wife and kids for some dinner and we had chicken gyros , little bit of zante on our door step , hospitality and food are top class , and will definitely be back

Popped in last night for a wee nibble. Had the hummus with pitta and dolmades to take away. The food was beautiful and the staff were so friendly. They're clearly passionate about their product. Can't wait to try out some more of their menu!

Myself and my husband had the Chicken Souvlaki and a Chicken Gyros and also some Baklava to take away. It was delicious and so fresh. The service was great and staff were very friendly. Definitely worth the 5 stars and we'll definitely be back.

How wonderful to have authentic Greek food in Airdrie. I picked up some Pastitsio on the way home from work - delicious! Freshly made, it was clearly cooked with care and pride. The Frigania was a delight. We'll be regulars. Can't wait to pop in for a lunchtime Souvlaki at the weekend.

Had the houmous with pitta for starters. The houmous is amazing. Had the gyros too. The gyros is great value for money and is very fresh. Will definitely be going back.

Had countless take aways, including one for 16 people and always amazing. Finally got to go and sit in tonight and was blown away by the food, service and wonderful hospitality from brother and sister Marios and Ari. Home cooked food, great atmosphere - Can’t praise this place enough. You need to go.... it will not disappoint!
