Zero Dry Time Motherwell

Got this company in to clean my furniture. They ended up damaging my laminate flooring (multiple scratches and chips on the flooring). At first they said they would replace the damaged boards then they quickly changed their minds and said they could cover up the marks with a touch up pen, which i could buy myself from toolstation for £5. Ended up just getting a refund instead. Basically i got this company to come in, ruin my flooring and then leave.
