Our waiter was fantastic tonight. We genuinely couldn't have asked for better service. So very disappointed and angry to find out however, (Only when I specifically asked as I work in hospitality) that the waiting staff are only given 40% of tips left on credit/debit cards.

I doubt most people realise that this is the case. Please leave cash tips if tipping. x

Had a super special family celebration in St Andrew’s and one of our favourite Zizzis. Food was delish and staff attentive and pleasant and brought birthday cake and candles in full vocals getting restaurant to join in. Super night great choice of venue!

Great restaurant as have been a regular visit to St Andrews for a few years now and always call in past for a great meal. Fantastic Arancini risotto balls as a starter mmmmm �

First time trying the vegan menu - wasn't disappointed! :-) Pizzas were delicious, staff members were all helpful, welcoming and friendly even during busy service, and the chocolate praline torte (which we took down to East Sands to enjoy) was to die for!

Thanks for a lovely experience - if we're ever in the area again you'll be at the top of our to do list. <3

Fantastic Birthday meal with my wife in Zizzi in St Andrews, a great welcome from the duty manager, a fantastic meal and drinks and great friendly service.

Delicious food and attentive waiting staff. What’s not to love!

Visited Zizzi in St Andrews last night. Service was great & all our pizzas were really tasty but I would not recommend the lasagna as it was poor value for money. Very small quantity of over cooked pasta sheets just swimming in sauce.

St. Andrews on 14 April. We’ve been loads of times previously but stopped going because the service was too slow. They seem to have remedied this - we were in and out sharpish on a busy Saturday night. Food great as usual. New chilli infused pizza dough is fab. Pity they’ve stopped selling Irn Bru though - staff said it wa due to sugar tax. Not sure I believe that.

Gluten free range is brill. Loved going out and being able to have a three course meal that included bread and pasta.

Food menu is generally good and staff are always polite and genuinely very helpful

Service was shocking. Only 2 people on the floor for a Sunday lunch service. Totally inadequate. The girl who waited on us always courteous and smiling despite being run off her feet. We felt so sorry for her. Get more staff on and I might come back. Food was very good despite the length of time it took to actually receive it.

Great food but the service was so slow . We asked for desert menu which we got ten minutes later, ten minutes later after that we were still waiting for order to be taken so we decided to just ask for the bill which was paid ...yes ten minutes later .

Food is excellent as always, however the service is rubbish! A busy restaurant with only 2 servers who are run ragged!!! Our server was lovely it’s not their fault! But the company need to get a grip and need more waiting staff! Stop being so tight you charge enough for the food and drink!!!

Took ages to get our main meal....despite pre-ordering it and being assured it would be served promptly....Think they then made the ice cream from scratch the length of time it took to bring it out and then they forgot half of them.
