I had the privilege of dining in Zizzi’ with my husband last night,beautiful meal,staff were all so lovely,couldn’t do enough for you,highly recommend this place 😍😊😊👌🏽

I had outstanding service at Zizzi Inverness today because of a gentleman called David ( I think he could be the manager and if he is not he should be ) . I went in to get a takeaway at lunch time , the restaurant was extremely busy and the staff were non stop . I was paying by gift cards which I received at Christmas when a problem arose , they kept getting declined . David immediately put me at ease and said there was an error and not to worry he would help rectify it . After 3 phone calls later we were assured there was more than enough funds on the cards and it could be a problem with the terminal . I then offered to pay for the food with cash instead , to which this young gentleman refused saying absolutely not we have waisted enough of your time please have your food on us . I was shocked at such generosity and to make it even better the food was outstanding. I will like to say thank you very much to Zizzi's and for there awesome customer service .

Birthday dinner for four - excellent welcome and service from Dawid the assistant manager and Nick our waiter. Food was delicious, attentive service and friendly staff. Well done guys....and Nick, happy birthday for next week �

Being someone who doesn't like a lot of Italian I absolutely love this restaurant I would definitely recommend this to anyone staff are amazing and very friendly it was sensational service I for one will defo return here with my husband thank you guys and keep up good work the banana and chocolate calzone is to die for too xxx

Well the olives were amazing , husband had the skinny king prawn pizza ,he thought it okay but a good okay , daughter had King prawn Linguini which was perfect, I had the chicken skewers with lemon sauce , the sauce was split and ice cold , i then got a warm sauce ( hollandaise ) but the vegetables were raw and the chicken was look warm . I would not order it again . You could do so much better
