Zizzi

The food was lovely! The option of a gluten free vegan pasta and pizza! I got pizza complete with vegan cheese which was creamy and delicious and there was loads of veggie toppings to choose from! I got balsamic tomatoes, roasted red onions, field mushrooms and butternut squash and all where delicious. Even had a dessert which was sooooo good! Our server was very polite and friendly and the service was quick. The cocktails are lovely too.

It's over ten years we are going to Zizzi mostly in Ocean terminal branch . We loved their food and their services . Few weeks back I took my quests there and we were not happy with their services and the way that they treated us , I am not used to complain when I'm unhappy , so we had decided to Not to go to Zizzi any more untill recently when my daughter told me she has missed Zizzi's food ! So I called and booked a table and explained to staff how unhappy we left last time and she promised to me that it wouldn't happen again ..... . I only wanted to express my feeling since I couldn't let it go , Suzanne was a very good listener and apologised. .......... today we ( five of us ) had a great meal and enjoyed our time there as usual and at the end we had a Surprise! ! We paid nothing !! I never expected that but manager took care of our bill . I would like to thank staff and manager for being kind and surprising us , greatly appreciated your kindness , understanding and generosity . � � ��

Only negative would be we were offered a window table which would have been lovely, it was only one table which for 4 was not great once you get Rustica wooden boards on.

Very over priced for what we had shame for a birthday dinner

The meal was disappointing. We ordered Wild boar meatballs to start and they came cold in the middle, I think they had been frozen and just reheated. I then ordered lamb and was served a lump of fat with a little meat on it. They took money off the bill but it was very disappointing.
