I visted yesterday evening with my fiance, we were greeted my friendly staff & had good customer service through out the night, we ordered off the set menu 3 courses for £15.95 which had good choice, the food was lovely

I have allergies and the menus were excellent and gave me so much choice. Loved my pizza, wine was nice too xxx

Food was really tasty. Service was excellent. Loved the garlic bread with mozzarella and carmaliased onions. There were 5 of us. Range of main courses and puddings.

Been twice now to Zizzi’s and on both occasions the service and food have been fabulous. Menu is varied enough and the food was fresh and tasty. Our waitress on the most recent visit gave us just the right amount of attention, was very friendly and gave great service. I would 100% recommend this place as a couple or a large group.

Amazing service and food was fantastic will definitely be back soon.

Went for dinner with 3 other people. Service was good and waitress friendly. Food arrived quickly and was hot and plentiful. Would recommend. Restaurant was lovely and well situated down a wee close with good views over Edinburgh.

Really enjoyed our visit here. Food was good, staff were nice, prices reasonable.

Lovely food, great service! What made it even better was that it was the only venue that would accept a booking! Well done to Zizzi!!

Was there yesterday with a party of 8 and have to say the service was shocking. After going through our order 3 times when the food was brought they got 3 of the orders wrong and had to do the order again which then took a while to do again which resulted in the other 5 in our party almost finished our food by the time the correct order came which was no very good. Potatoes that we ordered were done long before our food came and they kept them on the counter so when they arrived to the table they we were cold and had to be sent back. Missed a drink off the drinks order which had we had to ask for. Then on the bill they put £10.00 service charge on. Shame the service was bad as the food was very nice.

Good service, OK food. Pasta lacks sauce... It definitely said saucy and creamy. It was neither.

Food was very good but service was slow......when we spoke to the manager about the service issues he appologised and offered complementary drinks.

The food was very good but service was terrible! Throwing menus on the table and grabbing napkins out of people's hands is not the way to deal with customers. On top of that you demand a £16 service charge even after we complained about how our table was dealt with the whole night.

Very service. Very slow. Waiting over 50 minuets for a table when there were plenty available all the time we were there. Food was over cooked. Pasta dish should of come with venison, came with none. Although that meal was knocked off the bill. A shame as I’ve had some great meals in Zizzi in other places.
