We are looking for 2 highly motivated individuals to join Energie Fitness Jarrow.
Candidates must be confident friendly and out going.
Day/Afternoon shifts will include flyering, street promotions and attending corporate events.
... We ask that potential employees are confident, outgoing individuals as promotion work does require a lot of social interactions with other people, with a view to generate leads for our sales team.
We also rate punctuality highly.
Part times 20 hours with potential overtime.
Driving license/Car preferred

JOB PURPOSE To manage the day to day sales using marketing tools, daily outreach, club systems and resources to generate new memberships and leads. Conduct Sales tours in order to promote and sell club memberships.
Marketing the club both internally and externally, developing relationships within the local business and residential community.
Managing the sales process through KPI’s. Supporting the club team in retaining members. Planning sales & marketing activities and to be proactive in generating leads using data collection activities.
Managing and mentoring the team To be a Duty Manager and ensure the clubs standards and processes are followed during your shifts.
Support the Club manager in all areas of the clubs operations and sales.
Earn a healthy commission and have fun!
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE Must have experience/knowledge of previous sales environment.
Knowledge and experience of the Membership Sales Process.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities. Effective communication.
Team leadership skills
Motivated, professional, enthusiastic and friendly.

I’ve been training at Fit4less and now Energie Fitness pretty much since it opened (off and on through different injuries).

Firstly can I praise the Staff, they’re fantastic, very approachable and always willing to help if required.

The gym has almost everything you could want, again the staff are open to suggestions if the gym is missing something. It’s been going through a massive revamp and thankfully they’ve somehow managed to keep the gym open.

Can’t wait to see the finished product!

I was a novice and a bit apprehensive when I joined ! How silly and naive of me ! There was no need , the staff are so helpful and friendly, I love going , in fact I'm there nearly every day , classes are great and I have so much more energy after I leave ! If anyone is worried about joining , don't be ! It's worth it xx

Great gym wide range of classes and the staff are amazing very helpful great and easy to talk to about anything.

Excellent facilities and friendly/engaging staff. I’m one of the PTs at Energie Jarrow and can honestly say that the memberbase here at the gym is one the best I’ve came across. All members are likeminded and really push themselves for their fitness goals. The classes are always busy and receive very positive feedback.

So give the gym a try you won’t be disappointed!

Everyone must try this gym !! Top Trainers and Fabulous Classes for everyone. I joined this gym 5 weeks ago and loved every second, with the help from my Trainers and encouragement im reaching my goal. Been to so many gyms in the past, but this one is Definitely the Best one !!

Clean gym. Amazing staff. Feel really comfortable working out staff are welcoming. Would recommend people to work out at the gym. Prices are amazing. Staff go above and beyond. 110% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been to the gym only a few times now , and some of the Pilates classes and got to say it’s a fab New Gym with plenty of friendly staff to help you on your journey to get fitter if you need their help , don’t hesitate to ask one of them or you can even have 1-2-1 if you prefer at a small cost, they also have lots of classes through out the week so you can change your routines each day if you want to , I’ve only tried Pilates at the minute which is on a Monday Night and a Thursday morning and believe me I wasn’t disappointed and I was hurting In the right places Abs where on fire � the next morning she is fantastic at her job so don’t hesitate to pop along try a free Day pass and guess what you can take a friend No excuses I’m sure you will all love it , I personally can’t wait to try some more of the classes #fitnes #energiefitnessjarrow
