BTP Harborne are going to be running a series of after school clubs on Mondays in September and October. Each week we'll be organising a different activity for the kids. It is completely FREE and aimed at 4-.. year olds.
Parents are required to stay with your children but are very welcome to grab a coffee, cake or refreshing smoothie to bring upstairs or our fab secret garden, where the activities will be happening.

‘Making Things Better’. It’s our motto. It’s what we strive for. We’ve turned our attention to our much loved pancakes, and made our batter better. They’re now lighter than air, with whisked egg whites, creamy ricotta and a lemony zing. Dreamy. Choose from blueberry and yoghurt, with maple syrup and maple butter, or American country style, with bacon, maple syrup and maple butter.

Yum! Brownies, custard tart, flat white, cappucino. Great place, atmosphere and friendly staff.

Tons of space to sit, service was quick and very friendly. Nice natural lighting and beautiful decor. Will definitely come back!

This place is defiantly worth checking out. It's now my go to place instead of the mainstream brands out there!

The coffee is amazing and the cakes even better!

Working in the food industry myself this is somewhere you can go knowing it's going to be consistent quality, service and cleanliness!



A big shout out to the young girl that served us, Shaney I think her name was, a breath of fresh air, really made the visit and you can tell she really cares about the customer experience!

Great food as always here. Service excellent - Khristine was very attentive and even gifted my hubby a brownie for his birthday! We will, as always, be back again as we love BTP!

First time me & my partner came today...undecided where to eat in harborne and wanted to try a new place or something different � so glad we picked this place in the end...very nice � lovely meals...I had the big brunch...chap had the burger...finished with a cappuccino & cakes � highly recommended.

Came here for brunch and both the food and drinks were great. My girlfriend is vegan and was happy with the amount of options available for her in terms of food, drinks and bakery items on the counter.

Will definitely be coming back.

As a new mum, it’s hard to find places to go with other mum friends that are accessible and baby friendly! Boston tea party in harborne are so accommodating and always welcome babies and prams! It’s helps that the almond milk lattes and brownies are amazing too! Keeping mummies going through the day with little sleep! Thank you

We love coming to the Boston tea party.... love that the space where I used to go to nursery is now being used. Only bad thing is the other day the previous customers plates were still on the table, when the waitress delivered our coffee and cakes they just slid the plates out the way leaving them on the table with us, not clearing the plates away. Poor service very disappointing ...staff should care a little more!

We are frequent visitors to this BTP. Called for breakfast today. The food was excellent as usual, my only complaint was the lack of heating and the necessity to pr the door open for a delivery.

Come here most Saturday mornings with my mum and overall we really enjoy it. However, service can be very slow and there should be a set recipe for all the chefs to follow as I had the sourdough, salmon, avocado and poached egg on Wednesday which was lovely and had lots of it and 4 bits of toast whereas I had the same today and toast was cold, egg was not runny and only had 2 bits of toast. How is it fair to pay the same price for both meals yet served different amounts on different days? This is why I think there should be a guideline for the chefs to follow so food portions are consistent. Overall atmosphere is good, coffee is nice and cakes are fab!

Came here with my husband & daughter yesterday afternoon for a bite to eat after our swim. Ordered our food & took advantage of the outdoor seating beens as the sun was shining! Our hot drinks were brought out to us first then food followed about 20mins later. We ordered poached eggs on toast & added smoked salmon,child's burger & chips & chorizo hash OMG it was beautiful! All food was cooked perfectly! Couldn't believe the size of my daughters burger (patty) never seen a burger so thick she loved it. Would definitely return.

Overpriced, building cold. Service slow. Inadequate at times. Visited monday with son. Salmon scrambled egg, stone cold. no butter hardly on toast. Nice when it came.

Two occasions I've had the worse experience and attitude from two of your female staff. One time the coffee made was not up to standard, the coffee as recommended by the staff was not at all nice (the day before we had one made by another male staff to make a comparison) when asking if this cld be changed she made this comment: well i tasted this coffee brand the other day and it tasted alright!! Which shocked me as this made me very uncomfortable. The 2nd coffee she made was just as bad. Then another time I came in for a glass of large red wine and was given a wet dripping glass with the wine served in it. When I walked out in ear distance the lady starting moaning and complaining I had asked if my wine can be served a simple dry glass. Still came wet, I need napkins to dry off. Disgusting poor customer service with staff with a bad attitude, I will never come back again.

The standards here continue to drop although I thought there wasn't much scope left.

They got the order wrong, took ages for the order to come despite being early and empty and then when the food did come the breakfast was terrible. Sausages are bland and awfull, cold beans, bacon is not great, the scrambled eggs have changed and portion reduced and then the toast is hardly buttered. Took three attempts to get the full complement of cutlery, extra plate for a toddler and sauces.

Will not be bothering again!!!!!

Really annoyed with the service. Waiting for approx an hour with a 2 year old. People coming in after us got their good before us. Disgraceful. This is the second time we’ve experienced this level of service. Never coming here again!

I came here Saturday for my sons 11th birthday he’s choosing as he eats at the bham one when visiting the children’s hospital and as always loved it he always as the same but we have had most the menu didn’t want to drive into bham so tried this one !! Omg was the worst food I’ve ever had totally spoilt my sons birthday firstly high chair was so dirty we had to wiped down before siting our baby then ordered drinks to be told there were no straws !! So I went next door to pound shop to buy straws as kids couldn’t drink without them !! The toast was cold butter frozen so my baby didn’t not eat any of it my moms boss breakfast was cold but she didn’t say till after as she didn’t want to make a fuss and the two ham toasties where just awful !! Cold in toasted soggy mess the ham was cold as was the cheese so it was not melted at all son cried and didn’t want hes mine got sent back to be brought out just the same it was honestly disgusting the mango smoothie had whole cubes of ice and frozen mango in !! Smoothie!!! It’s in the name really !! It was all just awful and totally upset my son on he’s birthday!! Yes I was refused but that’s not the point when it’s spoilt hes day and also made him not want to go to the bham one now !! Just the worst food drink and experience ever
