had a meal here for the first time last night with my husband and son, the service was brilliant, we had a warm welcome and was shown to our table straight away. our drinks and food order was taken from the table although you should order from the bar. we didnt wait long for our food to arrive and we really enjoyed it. my son and i had burgers and my husband had the chicken chorizo pie which was amazing. the sweet potato fries could have been hotter but they were so nice i didnt mind eating them warm, and i do like my piping hot. our waitress charlotte was absolutely amazing, charlotte couldnt do enough for us, service with a smile n chatty, we didnt have to leave our seats as she made sure we had all we needed, an amazing waitress, and we hope she will be our waitress again when we return. thankyou for lovely service and food, see you again soon.

I belong to the Swansea Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club, we have previously had our breakfast in Olchfa House, but it closed down earlier than we were told. Fortunately I had checked this place out beforehand! We transferred seamlessly to using this as our meeting venue.

The staff are are brilliant, very welcoming and join in with our banter if 'provoked'! How refreshing! They reserve the conservatory for our use ( I think it's to keep us safely away from 'normal' people really! Lol!)

The food is ALWAYS good. Our members wanted an All You Can Eat buffet, and that's what we get here. Nothing is too much trouble.

Our group can sometimes be a bit noisy, and although we apologise, we get told that it's not a problem.

The managers, Jack and Dawnn, have even been fielding phone calls asking about the AFVBC! Thank you, we are very grateful.

Came for a 30th birthday party, with around 40 guests (adults and children). The staff couldn't do enough for us, the food was great and the play area was brilliant for the kids. Would highly recommend for birthday parties or just for a meal out.

Booked online very easily and mentioned in our booking that my one of our party has a nut allergy. When we arrived the restaurant host was straight on the case asking which one of us had the allergy (my one year old) and said she'd bring their allergen file right over. We went to our reserved table and asked if we could move into the play area, this was no trouble for them and we made ourselves comfortable. Once we were all sorted and the kids were playing the host came over to discuss the nut allergy; how they cook the food in the kitchen, what methods they use and that if I needed to double check ingredients then they'd be happy to show me the packaging. She said she would make the kitchen aware of the allergy so they could use unused chopping boards/baking trays and utensils on the baby's food. I really appreciated this understanding of dealing with an allergy and how stressful eating out can be! Up until now, when I've told an establishment that my daughter has a nut allergy I usually get told that there's nuts in the kitchen and it's my choice if she eats from there, so this experience was a refreshing change!

I thanked the host when leaving as they really were brilliant, she assured me that all Brewers fayre restaurants have the same allergen policy and I'd get the same treatment in any of them. Very pleased and I will return knowing that my concerns are taken seriously and that this is a safe place for my child to eat! The food and service from everyone was great too! Thank you!

Always come here with my girlfriend for a meal.. Lovely food here...I had the smothered chicken with bacon and chips and my girlfriend had the chicken and bacon salad bowl and we both demolished it.. We even had room for desert which was also lovely.

I would recommend anyone to come here :)

Went to Brewers Fahrenheit yesterday and we were greeted like friends. How refreshing to have people say “hi, good to see you”. The food was really good too. Lots of choice. I had mashed potato and chicken in bread crumbs. Yummy. You are not rushed so they can get the table ready for anyone else. Glad to have this restaurant in my local area. Be back soon!

I stopped to have a bite to eat at peak time Thursday lunch time. The place was clearly busy and after a short wait was greeted and shown to my table. The food on the menu included standard British pub food in addition to a few more summer themed dishes. I was surprised to see a menu with such an extensive list, but I decided to have the black and blue burger. The restaurant was filled with a few families with younger children, who made use of the play area, but most tables were occupied by older diners. As the place was so busy service was understandably slower. However, when my meal did arrive it was well presented and tasted really nice, the burger meat was well cooked and had crumbly texture. The chips were classic thick cut British chips and in all the meal was most satisfactory. I also took advantage of the unlimited refills on soft drinks, which meant I enjoyed some awesome tasting STRAWBERRY Pepsi.

Visited yesterday with my husband and 2 small children. The food was great, hot, fresh. No complaints there. My biggest gripe is the children’s area. The play area is not secure AT ALL! Now I know that these places aren’t babysitting facilities and you should always be watching your kids but the entrance to the play area is not secure at all and numerous times my husband had to chase a few small kids who had ran straight through the doors and out. These places are supposed to be safe for our kids but yet ANYONE could have walked straight in, grabbed a kid and off they go. I was of the impression that there needed to be someone on the desk at the doors and when I asked one of the girls working there if the entrance was secure, her exact words were “no, the kids can run straight out of those doors”. Now I know it’s just an issue with the Morriston restaurant because we’ve always been regulars at the Llanelli branch and it is so much more safe and controlled. Really disappointed.

Guys took over an hour to have food thats not good.. otherwise i left my red glasses there be back tomorrow

User

Clean environment, nice staff and quick service. Starter was lovely but both mine and the hubby's chicken from the mixed grill was so dry we couldn't eat it and mine had a lump of burnt meat on it like charcoal.

User

I was staying in the premier inn and Brewers Fayre was the restaurant next door. I paid for a full English breakfast and to be honest it was 2nd rate. Breakfast is served up to 10.30 am and I went in at 9.00am and the quality of the good was really poor, sausages micro-waved then rolled around in a frying pan to give it some colour , hash browns were cold , greasy and mushy, two poached eggs were like rubber balls " micro-waved again " bacon luke warm with a white scum , black pudding half a tomato " felt like it had been micro-waved instead of grilled and when the waitress asked if everything was ok and I pointed out the above she wasn't really to bothered. Not good !!

User

Wouldn’t even have chance to give one star as we made a booking far in advance for my child’s birthday so the children could play as well as enjoy a family meal for 10+ people only to discover there was no booking & they could not fit us in! Very disappointed children & very disappointed family! Completely unacceptable

User

What a disappointment.Even though it was booked well in advance, there was one setting short so we had squeeze up when the extra setting was put down, even though it was stated it was for a Golden Wedding (meaning elderly hard of hearing people in attendance) we we seated next to the children`s play area with the children naturally running around playing and screaming, we could have easily been seated in a quieter corner if a little bit of thought had been put into it. Don`t talk about service, we waited over half hour for the main course and after waiting a half hour for the sweet course the waitress was asked if it would be much longer and it still took another fifteen minuets before being served. The meals were not bad, they were not special but not bad. All in all we went in celebrating our Golden Wedding and came out feeling our sixtieth anniversary was just around the corner. We will not be rushing to use this place again.

User

We went last night for curry night, there was nothing stating wot currys they were ie med or hot or lamb or beef ect, there was no chips and nobody around to ask also the curry was cold and we were there at 7.15 so not really late so can safely say we were very disappointed and wont be in a rush to return.

User

We visited your restaurant on 12 October 2017 we ordered two beef, mushrooms & cheese burgers when they eventually came after waiting over 40 mins they were dry and horribly charred & stone cold not even the cheese inside burger had melted. The handful of chips we had were dry and tasteless like they had been warmed up. Also food you advertise on menu is not like the food that arrives at table. This was our first visit and it will be our last.

User

Shocking yes the place is clean but the service is really slow we ordered the ultimate burger at £10.99 (limited addition) advertised with a sesame seed bun. It came with frozen chips and a roll that looking like something a bacon sandwich would go in from a burger van! The coleslaw was bland and and ketchup was very cheap tasting. Shocking for a 10.99 burger can have a brioche bunned burger in weather spoons with a drink for £8.45. Would not return!

User

Oh dear. Ordered the chicken and chorizo pie but it wasn’t available, asked for the 6oz ranch steak but not available either. Ended up with a lukewarm Salmon & Prawn Rigatoni Pasta that had obviously been heated up as the salmon was rock hard and dry, and the sauce hadn’t been cooked through properly. Ordered the mini apple crumble with custard and coffee for dessert but the custard was obviously rationed as a teaspoon of it was all that I had. Nicely washed down with tepid cup of coffee. Delicious. Not. Never again.

User

Had the worst meal today with my partner and children . The service was appalling with poor customer service and not child friendly at all considering my son has autism they were rude and did not smile. our food was over cooked and I could not chew my steak and it was all cold. We sent it back and had to wait another 40 mins for it to be returned and again wasnt nice . By the time it came we was past hungry . The meal for 2 adults and 2 children cost 50 pound so wasnt cheap . Really disappointed with the service and the food provided.

User

Book a table for Father’s Day and was told after I went to order my Carvery they had stopped serving them. This is 3.30pm in the afternoon. There was plenty of meet and veg for all but was told no. After asking me for the head office contact number was to it’s on the website. After I asked the manager again she said I’ll google it and try to say we can have it, I said it’s to late as my wife had left the building. Please sort your selfs out and be more organised if you have a special day for any party or occasion.

had a meal here for the first time last night with my husband and son, the service was brilliant, we had a warm welcome and was shown to our table straight away. our drinks and food order was taken from the table although you should order from the bar. we didnt wait long for our food to arrive and we really enjoyed it. my son and i had burgers and my husband had the chicken chorizo pie which was amazing. the sweet potato fries could have been hotter but they were so nice i didnt mind eating them warm, and i do like my piping hot. our waitress charlotte was absolutely amazing, charlotte couldnt do enough for us, service with a smile n chatty, we didnt have to leave our seats as she made sure we had all we needed, an amazing waitress, and we hope she will be our waitress again when we return. thankyou for lovely service and food, see you again soon.
