Well worth joining this gym, in other gyms you can end up getting stuck in routines and end up not making good progress, but here the inviroment is relaxed and positives so you feel free to try anything you want even if you look like an idiot doing it! I've made all kinds of progress since joining!

Very modern and clean place with all the right equipment for cardio and weightlifting. Customer service - nice and helpful. Motivating music for workout and also some big screens to watch television as you run. They really care what you do and want to help you achieve your goals, either it's boydbuilding or losing weight. Located in the City Centre, easy to get too. If I stayed longer, I would definitely go there every day :)

This gym is great whether you have a gym buddy or whether you're braving it alone! The staff are friendly, helpful and know their stuff! The classes are my favourite, really encouraging and I find when you go into a class you're less likely to slack as you want to keep up with everyone else! I love that it's in the middle of town and there's no contract so there's no reason to not give it a go! X

This didn't save first time. Friendliest gym I've been to, staff are all so approachable and willing to help. Very motivational and there for the client. Always really clean and equipment is always put away. Great atmosphere and makes you want to put in all the hard work. Recommend to everyone.

Not the largest, and certainly not the best colour scheme, but probably the best staff and good equipment, spent 2 year here and to be honest, you get as much as you give to the place and yourself.

Lovely staff, will know your name and help you as much as possible, plenty of classes and good environment... They will also recognize you from the other side of the street :)

Love this gym. Great new kit, really nice equipment selection, love the bars area. The benches are great. Everything is brand new, love the staff, the vibe. Really getting used to it! definitely recommend�

Joined this gym at the end of 2016 having recovered from a back injury that had left me off work for months. With the support of the staff and encouragement of other members I went from walking 1km a day to running 10-15km a day, and am presently starting a 1000km accumulator over the next few weeks / months in aid of Diabetes UK. I’ve also lost 3 1/2 stone since joining. I genuinely cannot say enough about how brilliant this gym is. I’d encourage anyone, no matter what your age or ability to give it ago. Well equipped, clean and with lots of classes, FIT4LESS genuinely caters for almost everyone.

I was instructed by physio to avoid physio for my back.

I need to do yoga.

Now I do not have much money.

And anyway the staff are amazing

The place is vibrant cheerful and I would pay a little extra if you could be so kind and put a sauna and steam room in?!

If you need any help I will run this by the council.

I can already feel my abs

I feel so much more positive about the future now.

I only joined this gym last, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming , first time I came I felt anxious as I hadn't been in a gym for a few years, but Pete the manager came over and chatted to me and put me at ease, I was then able to enjoy my kickstart session with CJ. I would recommend this gym to everyone but especially people like me that isn't quite as fit as id like all the staff are really encouraging and helpful and you are treated as a individual. I am looking forward to getting fitter at this gym.���

I don't think I've ever met a more friendly and inclusive gym in all my life. The staff are always happy to help and the equipment is top range kit. Add the regular members and their buzz to the mix and you have a brilliant place to not only train but make new friends!

I am now a member in this great gym lovely equipment and friendly staff and people in the gym is well and lovely and clean in there is well so I would recommend this gym to anyone ��

I have never experienced such an inclusive gym, great team who take a personal interest in you & your goals, variety of classes from spin to pilates & everything in between. Friendly clients of all ages, shapes and sizes & great equipment. Give it a go #No Excuses#

Get past the colour scheme and the cheap monthly price and you'll find a gym full of cardio equipment, a HIIT Rig and a fab range of weight machines and free weights. Together with a great range of Studio and Gym Floor classes such as Les Mills Body Pump, Boxercise, Boot Camp, HIIT and Tabata taken by a great bunch of Instructors plus access to Personal Training, this gym is all wrapped up in an unpretentious atmosphere. Well recommended.

Fit4less is a great gym and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I had another great personal training session with Marco. Marco is a brilliant personal trainer who is friendly and helpful. He pushes me to my limits to help me achieve my fitness goals.

Fantastic value for money, I love this place!



With all the facilities you could need, a timetable full of fun-filled classes and top-notch staff, this is by far the best gym in Portsmouth.



(Also, there are hair straighteners in the changing rooms!) �

I enjoy every time , even when I finish I'm exhausted and totally wet , for now I was training with Natalia, she is phenomenal , motivates me very much and I am grateful to her for everything .

I have my goals, and F4L help me a lot, team is really good.
