What is Pilates?

Pilates benefits everyone - all ages and abilities, regardless of their level of fitness.

It is a mind and body conditioning exercise programme that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine in order to improve your overall stability and posture. It will also improve your overall flexibility, tone your stomach, strengthen your back and lengthen and stretch your muscles.

Regular Pilates practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.

All 1 to 34 Pilates sessions are delivered by Helen Terry. Helen is a locally based fully qualified Mat Pilates Teacher. She delivers regular classes in Milton Keynes and Bletchley as well as surrounding villages - Cranfield and Astwood.
