360 Play MK opened its doors back in 2008 and throughout September we will be making time capsules in our messy play area and we would love you to get involved. Check our messy play timetable to find out when we’re hosting the time capsule sessions.
A decade goes by so quickly and this is a great opportunity to preserve a moment in time to look back on. A photo, a drawing, a toy – whatever you want from 2008 and 2018 can go into the time capsule for future reminiscing. Just bring it along with you on the day to take part! Can’t make it along to join us making the time capsule in messy play? No problem, just bring your items in throughout the month of September and hand them to a member of staff!

Would like to complain about the staff are really friendly , food Mexican burger was tasty and chips . The rides and play area is well maintained and clean . Staff always around and tidying up . Toilets were very clean and what a great experience for me my wife and 3year old son . Highly recommended visit . 10 stars for me

User

Many thanks to all the staff that worked my sons private party last night. . You where all so friendly and helpful which made the party run smoothly. Thank You.

User

I recently visited the Milton Keynes Branch on 21st January as my Daughter has a Birthday Party to attend. I also had with me my son who I paid for to go in and play whilst we waited for my Daughter to finish at the party. We have been here many times before but on this occasion I felt overwhelmed by the support of the staff. I was queuing up to get myself and my son some lunch when my son became poorly and passed out on me. I called over the counter for some help and within seconds a first aider was there to support me. They called for an ambulance and also allowed us to use the office as a quiet area whilst my son recovered. They also knew my Daughter was in the party so once she had finished they brought her to the office for me.

Thank you so much to the staff for your help and support that day. 5* from me.

User

Great venue would highly recommend, family day out today with all the little ones and they all loved every minute of it!

There is so much to do, the staff are friendly, helpful and always on hand and the food is great also!

User

360 Play is great fun, my daughter loves it there. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. A great place to go for some soft play fun!

User

360 MK's STAFF are a credit to the company! They always go above and beyond to make sure the children have a happy time and take time to engage and even play with their little guests. Sam is like no other and is often being followed around by his many little fans- my child is delighted when he is there. Gracie always takes time to make us smile as soon as we arrive and cares about our latest little news. April is always smiling, greets my child on the rides and makes sure closing time is also fun. Amber is super and happily helps out whenever we need it. Raz (?) is extremely polite at the food counter and is happy with whatever we order. Jake is brilliant on the rides and makes sure all the children have fun. Sandra keeps the role play looking as tidy as possible and led a lovely story time we enjoyed. Sorry to the staff I haven't named personally but we appreciate all your hard work and the extra time you take, even when you are very busy, to make the children feel special. Isabella and I hope you all stay at 360. You make it a very special soft play!

User

Went with the kiddies today... super busy as it’s the holidays and to be expected. I would like to say Lilly I think her name was. Was working upstairs by herself and bless her she did a great job. Constantly tidying up all the areas even thou all the kids were running in after her messing it up again. She came back and re did it all. Constantly smiling even on a hot and busy day like today. If someone could please pass this on to a manager and tell them what a great job she did x

User

The recent reviews were a little off putting, but I'm glad we went to visit. Overall, we were impressed with the range of play available and the quality and price of the refreshments was on par with other establishments.

I was, however, disappointed that the role play area upstairs (my kids love pretend play!) wasn't as well equipped as it could have been. There was a long wait for a member of staff to arrive to operate the rides and there was a lot of mess on tables - even though it wasn't particularly busy.

It was good value for the money - I was aware of the "membership fee" but still annoying as we are on holiday and don't have a centre close to home to use it again! - and the staff were very friendly and interacted with the kids very well. I would return if nearby :)

User

Had a party here for my sons 5th Birthday, it was him and 19 others, price was not too bad. Party host was very good, friendly and organised. Kids loved the play and parents had reserved area. Overall a really good experience, only downside was being told, by the server downstairs, that our refills of juice could only be filled with water as it was 5:10pm as the snack bar was shut, even though the play time was until 5:30pm and the fact I’d paid a lot of money for the party!

User

My boys really enjoy your sen evening, & look forward to going every month, BUT the one that was on yesterday 6/04/18 had some particularly bigger older sen kids in, my eldest boy (6) was grabbed & picked up by an older boy who looked about 17 and thrown across the ball pit, my boy was so destressed by this incident that he called the older boy a MAN coz he looked like a man, & he kept mentioning it for the the rest of the evening/ night & said that he is very unsure about going back, mean while the older boys father just sat in the corner of the play centre on his phone 😡 staff said they will look into it but didn’t see any staff making any effort to find the older boy in question & the parents/carers, I don’t know if u have an age restriction on your venue for sen or normal play, but there definitely should be has there were small kids then mine 4 & 6 year old running around. Another complaint by another sen kid about the older boy being far too rough was also reported to the receptionist as well as ours

User

Great play area, kids loved it but rating as 3 as it’s expensive to get in (plus buying drinks, and food if you want it). Also they need to turn the air con on sooner in the half term - it’s packed in here but absolutely boiling. Sounds really moany but even the adults sitting at the tables are fanning themselves with menus!! I have no idea how the children are running around in this heat, it’s horrible. I asked at 1pm if the building has air con and was told that it will be turned on “in a couple of minutes”. I assume it’s a cost saving exercise not to turn it on earlier?

User

I visited on Monday, I’m a family of 7 & it cost nearly £50, I can’t believe you don’t offer offers for big families, and the ball pit smelt of wee, and my children’s socks were blacker than charcoal. Surely you could put some offers on so large families can enjoy coming without almost paying nearly £80 for play & food. My children like soft play areas, but I personally don’t like how much it cost for a family day out!!!

User

We went for the first time today and are really disappointed. The amount of people wasn't an issue, it's half term, and to be expected. My issue was with the food. I have two Coeliac children and when I asked what they could eat, was told there was nothing! Ten minutes later the lady next to me received a jacket potato! We go to lots of similar venues and this is by far the worst food experience we have had. If Safari MK and the Riverside Hub can cater for us, why can't you? For £40 entrance fee, it's 100% not value for money.

User

Visited here on 14th feb with my sister my nephew and daughter. It was dangerously overcrowded. Noone watching the kids to make sure it was safe play. Paid 30 quid and left after 10 mins. Nowhere to sit to the point parents were sprawled across the floors. There has to be regulations about how many people u let in the place at any one time. Oh no sorry i forgot. Its not about kids having a great time and safety. Its all about how much money u can squeeze into ur till on any given day. I witnessed small kids being pushed head forst down slides by bigger kids because they were in the way. None of the kids had any respect for the fact there were smaller ones running around. Knocking them over and hurting them. It was dangerously out of control. I complained by email twice this week and wanted a refund due to the fact we could not stay any longer than 10 mins having paid 30 quid for the privilage of our kids being hurt. It was absolutely awful. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else as couldnt even get lunch for the hungry kids. Still no response to my emails so as of monday i shall be contacting head office for my answers instead. Worst place ive ever been

User

Thanks for ruining our day. I travelled over half hour to visit 360 play in MK today with a family pass voucher we received as a gift to be told they don’t accept them anymore?! Instead they wanted to charge me £21. Supposedly there was a media campaign to say they weren’t accepting the vouchers anymore and to bring them in for an exchange, funny enough I can’t find anything online to confirm this.

I now have two very upset children, thanks 360, we’ll take our custom elsewhere.

User

Really not suitable for parents wanting to take their under ones to a soft play. We had read online about there being a toddler section, so felt happy to take our little one there today. We also invited our friends. However, once we had paid our entrance fees, not only did we find the toddler section to be really small, supposedly children up to 4 years old can play in the area. Ludicrous! We have a new walker and an eight month crawler, so three to four year olds running around, over them, around them, paying no attention to the babies, meant even with us parents in the area with them, there was no way we could allow our little ones to go off on their own.

Extremely disappointing.

ADVICE - NOT SUITABLE FOR UNDER ONES, and questionable whether under twos get safe play either! We won’t be going back

I feel I really must complain about a male member of your staff at the special needs evening on Friday 2nd February, I was purchasing from the cafe when in a loud voice he asked the young woman serving me to supervise the upstairs area, he proceeded to loudly convey that a cake for staff had been placed in the upstairs party area, however a number of children had been helping themselves to the cake, I returned to my table and went back to the cafe to make a further purchase, the male member of staff was still in a loud voice complaining about the incident with the cake another parent was stood behind me and both of us felt awkward and embarrassed. To be honest the cake should not have been left in an open public area it should of been out of sight until the special needs session had finished, also following having last month's special needs session cancelled to then have a member of staff being totally unprofessional in his handling of the above situation was disgusting, for most families the special needs evening is there only chance to spend time together and relax and this was spoilt by a member of staff who obviously needs to gain some compassion and understanding of children with additional needs.

User

I am waiting for a response to an email I sent to both customer services and the manager. With regards to an issue between staff, and my Autistic son. Very disappointed.

User

Don't eat here. The food is horrendous. £6 for an awful cooked breakfast that consisted of two cremated bacon, one egg that was burnt on the bottom but cold and raw on top (quite an achievement) stone cold beans, invisible tomatoes (no one told us they had no tomatoes nor did they offer anything in place) 1 hash brown and a sausage burger. Served up by a grumpy muppet who was obviously not impressed that we made her do some work. Sort it out you gimps.

Sorry to the staff I haven't named personally but we appreciate all your hard work and the extra time you take, even when you are very busy, to make the children feel special. Isabella and I hope you all stay at 360. You make it a very special soft play!

I visited on Monday, I’m a family of 7 & it cost nearly £50, I can’t believe you don’t offer offers for big families, and the ball pit smelt of wee, and my children’s socks were blacker than charcoal. Surely you could put some offers on so large families can enjoy coming without almost paying nearly £80 for play & food. My children like soft play areas, but I personally don’t like how much it cost for a family day out!!!

I am waiting for a response to an email I sent to both customer services and the manager. With regards to an issue between staff, and my Autistic son. Very disappointed.
