Hi Everyone, I'm so sorry to inform you all, due to set guidelines set out by the government last night. We sadly have to close, until we are told it is safe to return to work. As you all may have guessed I'm totally devastated by this decision made, but I also believe it's the best thing to do also to keep everyone and myself safe. We are hoping it won't be for long as soon as we lockdown, the sooner we can get this virus stopped from spreadi...ng more. I know you will all understand. Sadly it's out of my hands. I will keep you all posted on here when authorized to open again. Please please keep your dogs brushed daily to reduce matting. If you do need to bath your dog while you are off. Then please make sure they are knot free before you bath them. This will prevent any knots turning into matt's. Please keep in doors and keep yourselves safe. I'm looking for to all your furbabies return as as soon as we possibly can. Thank you all for reading. See you on the other side. Any questions, I will do my best to answer them. Take care everyone. Hi everyone, Please Read! Regarding the Coronavirus! Just wanted to let you all know, I've had a few people ask in the last two days. Yes I'm still open as usual. 😁 Tuesday to Saturday 9am-5pm. Unless told otherwise by the government. ... What can you as a customer do to help? Please wash your hands before coming in the salon. If you, or a member of your close family have the virus we kindly ask you to not come in, and rearrange your appointment after your 14 day self isolation has finished. We will totally understand. If you have been abroad or a family member has been abroad we kindly ask you to rearrange your appointment till after your 14 day self isolation has finished. We totally understand. If you are at risk and your are unable to come in, Please let us know. What are we doing for you? We will constantly be disinfecting the door handle and counter, and anything else you may come in contact with, after each customer. We will meet you and your dog at the front of the salon, with a slip lead for your dog, for you to remove your dog collar and lead for you to take home with you, and bring with you on your return to collect your dog. All our equipment and anything we use in connection with your dog will be sanitized or disinfected as we always do, between each dog. We wash our hands constantly anyway on a regular basis. We hope this gives you peace of mind. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. We will continue to give our 5* treatment to you and all your furbabies as always.
