AAA2B Cars is the largest licensed Hackney & Private hire company in Horsham, providing a first class service 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Our team of dedicated staff are on hand to take enquiries 24 hours a day.
All our drivers are CRB checked, hold NVQ qualifications and have undertaken our advanced training programme.
Using the most up to date technology means we are able to track all of our vehicles at all times.
With a fleet of 70 plus, we are able to offer all vehicle types, which include saloons, estates, mpvs, minibuses, executive vehicles, we really do have a vehicle to suit all your travel needs.
With the introduction of our new technology, customers will now be able to book via our website, by phone or by downloading our new new customer booking App from Google Play or I Tunes.

Due to the roadworks on Brighton Road, Horsham & Hop Oast, Southwater - travel around the town during rush hour is exceedingly busy.
There are long tail backs on the A24 and also on the Brighton Road.
... As such, please book early and ensure you leave extra time.

We used aaa2b for our wedding car and the service was wonderful, efficient and stress free. My driver was fabulous and punctual...would definitely recommend!!
We don't use taxi's very often but will always use AAA2B in Horsham as the lady at the office fitted us in on both journey's, all staff are kind and professional and being advised of the taxi Reg number before the taxi arrives is just great, thank you for looking after us today.
Used aaa2b this weekend although the roads were really busy they arrived bang on time and the driver was really friendly would definitely recommend
This was the only taxi company that could come to my sons rescue at 6am after another firm let him down. Thank you so so much, we are so grateful as he needed to get a train back to London to get to work. Not only were they able to get him quickly to the station they were a really professional company to deal with and so helpful. Really impressed. Thanks again.
On New years eve, my Fiancee & I booked a taxi to take us to & from where we were seeing in the new year.

Lovely driver, on time and very pleasant but £67.50 for a 16 mile, less than 30 minute trip??
2nd time in a row my taxi has been more than 5 minutes late without a courtesy call.
Usually brilliant service...... until today, my wife travelling with my 2 year old son and 6 year old daughter on the school run received verbal abuse from the driver ending with the driver physically getting in her face. Couldn’t believe it wife came in shaking and my daughter in tears. Would always recommend the company however after today I’m not so sure, will decide on how my formal complaint about the driver is handled whether we ever use them again. will update this in the future with the outcome.
Rude staff when rang to check price charge for taxi was correct. Was spoke to very abruptly and not necessary when I was just checking. To the lady, you are rude and obstinate!
I can not put into words how angry and upset I am right now!!!. I have used your taxi company for the last 8/9 years to travel from my friends house in Kingsfold to my house in Mannings Heath and visa versa on an approximately monthly . 2 days ago ( Thursday evening ) I booked a 5 seater taxi for my family ( including 3 children ) to collect me and my family on Saturday evening at 10pm. After the taxi was 15 mins late we called your company and spent the next 30 minutes arguing to confirm that you sent the taxi to the wrong address, using your phone records prove my booking . At 11.20 they sent a taxi for me and my 3 children but couldn't get my husband back until 12.30, which is all they offered as they only had a skeleton staff. i think the customers service form this was unacceptable as the the booking error was your fault, which they confirmed on the phone call at 10.45.
At 10.45 we offered to pay the full fair to get home if you could send two taxis to resolve this mistake. You however suggested a compensation of us paying the same fair we would have paid for our taxi at 10pm, however we would have to take 2 taxis, 1 and 1/2 hours late and 2 1/2 hours late. Very generous!
I am disgusted by this service and lack of response to this situation considering it was your mistake that that you admitted at 10.45. During this situation you terminated my phone calls 3 times as they had nothing more to say.
I do not want compensation, however don't want to be put in this position again if we you use your company in the future!
