Absolute Harmony

Royal Holloway, University of London's one and only A Cappella choir!

We're Absolute Harmony, the Acappella choir of Royal Holloway College, University of London.

We sing all sorts of music and are always learning new songs, arranged in the Acappella style specially for us by our Musical Directors and perform together at our termly concerts, on campus, and off campus with charities and private gigs.

From all areas of study, any degree level and whatever musical background, our members come together with a love of singing in common.

Absolute Harmony has two choirs:

Our No-Audition Main Choir - rehearses weekly and is open to everyone and anyone at the college, without the pressure of an audition, with the main aim of having great fun with great friends. Main Choir sings a wide range of songs from comtemporary hits to rock, pop and classics, specially arranged by our Musical Directors, and is the main feature of our annual Christmas and Spring concerts. Recently, Main Choir has been a fantastic 60 voices strong, and we hope our wonderful musical family will continue to grow!

Our Close Harmony Group 'Hardcore Harmony' - gives those members who want to, the chance to sing in a smaller close-harmony group and take on more difficult songs with more intense rehearsals. In their extra weekly rehearsal, Hardcore prepare a few songs to add to our main concerts and gigs.
