***Members Notice***
All members please be advised that we are happy to announce that the delivery of the new cardio equipment will be this Thursday - 15th November.
In order to complete the switch over safely we will be closing the cardio and fixed resistance areas from 10am.
... The switch over is expected to be complete within a few hours and we will open the gym fully as soon as possible although unfortunately we cannot guarantee a time just yet.
The gym will return to normal opening hours and available facilities on the 16th November.
We do apologise for the inconvenience but we hope you are looking forward to trying out the new equipment

Notice to 7.30 spinners. Unfortunately Donna had to go home sick and has been told it is tonsillitis. We have tried to get cover but no one was available. We will put on the virtual class as a replacement but if you do prefer an instructor and can make the 5.30 class please do. Thank you all for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience.
Good morning all. We have made some small changes updates our class timetable.
Tuesday 5.30pm and Friday 6pm spin sessions have been removed going forward.
... We have our new Gym Pump session on a Friday night. Maximum of 10 people so book quickly for a space.
