My PRO17 & 20s allow me to go to jive and salsa dances and gigs without worrying about any further hearing damage.At times these dances get loud!! Surprising but true.
I've been using my ACS T2's for the past year now in Fahran. They're the biggest life saver and I will never be without them at full band shows.
I'm a drum and bass DJ who first started having issues with tinnitus and ear pressure at the beginning of this year. I bought a pair of ACS pro 17s and very soon after a pair of pro 26s when i realised that the volume at some of the venues that I play at is so excessive that the 17s do not offer a high enough level of protection. I've had both pairs for a while now and have fully road tested them at raves and festivals all summer, both for performing and raving. I also carry a decibel meter in order to select the correct pair and work out my safe exposure time.
I can safely say that if it were not for ACS custom I simply would not be DJing or raving anymore and with both my pairs of plugs I can happily party all weekend and return with no ringing or further ear damage. I would not go anywhere near a soundsystem without them and after getting used to them a couple of times the sound I hear is much better and clearer than without, goodbye to all that nasty distortion and treble that causes hearing damage, hello to everything you want to hear. Thank you ACS!!!
I use Pro 17's every day at work in a noisy industrial environment, they are the best we have had they are very easy to use and east to forget you are wearing them.
The noise reduction is great and I'm still able to talk normally with other people in the high noise areas. This is my second pair, be careful if you drop them the bounce along way !
They are easy to look after and require no adjustments .
I received my evoke live custom iems a few weeks ago and absolutely love them. As a professional musician/teacher these are a fantastic step up from regular earplugs, they're easy to fit and sound great. I received exceptional service when dealing with ACS (special mention to Angela who went above and beyond to help me) and was very impressed with the final product. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend ACS to everyone.
I have been able to continue playing live thanks to my in ear monitor (I only need one as I am deaf my other ear)! I am a drummer in a punk band, a classic rock band and the local brass band. I was having great difficulty picking up clarity in sound even from stage monitors and it was affecting my confidence and ability to play along with other musicians.

I can't recommend these earplugs enough. Takes a few minutes to get accustomed to the feel of them but then they are great. Yes the price is high, but well worth the investment.
Great company and very professional, really do recommend them for in ear monitoring, I had to get mine remoulded and they borrowed me a pair to replace my ones and theb hand delivered them personally to my door! Thank you Acs you are amazing

Absolutely fantastic earplugs. I am a mobile DJ and find the Pro-17s to be excellent at lowering the decibels to a more comfortable level.
They fit like a warm glove and stay in place perfectly.
They take a little getting used to but after a few gigs wearing them is like second nature and now I wouldn't do a gig without them.
A while ago I posted a comment about not being contacted from ACS and kept up to date with my order etc..... And would like to follow on from this now that I have received my Evolve in-ears and Live-Pack. So here goes -
The in-ears are very well made and once I got the hang of getting them in (it took a few goes) they were very comfortable indeed. I plugged into the live-pack switched on and 'WOW' I could hear everything as normal - once you get used to the feel of the Evolves you could easily forget you have them in (honestly). I am however a little concerned about the longevity of the live-pack itself, as it feels a little cheap and flimsy, I worry that it will not see me past the one year warranty (it feels a bit like a cheap Taiwan radio). You do however get a protective (from scratches) case with it but, it does not fit back in the case with it on? Now for the moment of truth - my first gig with the Evolve live.
On this particular gig, it was in a smallish venue where no one was miked up, so it was all about loud backline. Being the singer and guitarist I needed to hear my vocals in the Evolves via monitor send from the desk, and the volume and more importantly the tone of my guitar via the ambient mic's in the Evolves. This was a resounding success, I could not stop smiling throughout the gig, my problems resolved and my prayers answered. This product works like a charm, would I recommend it? Hell yes, everyone should have them. I have since been back in touch with ACS regarding a few questions and they did respond very quickly (same day) so perhaps my first dealings was just bad luck etc... I will keep you informed. But all that aside, I Love this product, it really works - if you are reading this and don't have the ACS in-ears and live pack you really should order them now.
1000% recommended products & customer service - I have used ACS over 25yrs & still get super excited with new custom plugs & in ear monitors. Life giving! I am a pro drummer & in the late 80's I was rehearsing & touring with headphones (percs/drum loop monitoring) it was taking days to recover from the worst of the ringing /tinnitus. I got my first custom er20 plugs circa 1990 - Andy Shiach 'preserved' me and my career plus thousands of others now too, no doubt.
Very pricey, but i am more than happy with the service.
For anyone thinking of getting a pair, i would consider getting your ears checked well in advance. As i found i needed some wax removing, which significantly delayed my moulds at Boots. As they will not take impressions unless your ears are completely clear inside.
Also my 17s filters were too quiet, so ACS happily exchanged them for 15s. And the turnaround was quick enough for my next gig.

Was expecting these to be the answer . Had read lots of good reviews so decided to invest in a pair. Having had them for a while now I have tried them at numerous gigs,but end up taking them out after a few songs as all I can hear is bass, and a general lack of clarity. Disappointed.
If the earplugs are moulded correctly then you're all good. Pray you don't have any issues otherwise they are no help at all!
satisfaction NOT guaranteed- purchase at your own risk. $280 for non-working plugs. no response from customer service. no recourse for refund. you can probably find fitted plugs for half the price locally and they will likely work better. etymotic blues are ~$20 and work better than these.
They quoted me ~600SGD for a refit of my ACS Evoke when they got the fit wrong to begin with - and they took 2 months to reply! I first received them since Aug 2017 and I can't even use them now.
