I was previously with another pole school, but it was dull. Coming to Active Air Fitness is the complete opposite. Combos, routines and I have become hooked on the other aerial classes offered too!

I absolutely love pole, it's a fantastic and addictive sport!! Excellent way to tone up, lose weight and find strength you never knew you had! After moving it took me a few months to find the right place to continue my lesson, Totally pole dancing was defiantly the right choice. So much variety on offer and good flexibility for lessons.

Fun and friendly classes, professional instructors and I get to try out awesome pole moves and tricks, building on strength each week :)

Friendly and professional instructors, great classes where I learnt lots of tricks and moves, improved my strength. Using safety mat makes me feel safe whilst learning new moves. Love the set up of the studio.

Fabulous circus skills class for children on Mondays at The Arc. My daughter's fitness and core strength is wonderful now and she loves the lessons.

Brilliant classes and fantastic instructors. My daughter loves going every week.

Been to various pole schools but none are quite like Totally Pole. You're pushed every lesson to your best ability making you learn things quicker and improving self confidence. Lisa and her team are so professional and offer support to students.

Highly recommend Totally Pole to everyone, be it having your first lesson, or have been pole dancing for a while.

Amazing teachers and class levels to suit all. Lots of variation in class, routine practice, strength building and I feel I have improved loads since joining earlier this year. Highly recommend! Great fun
