Bliana and its surrounding areas are at the heart of the Alexander Cordell’s trilogy about the Mortymer family. He was a prolific welsh writer. Through his vivid and historically accurate writings he brings alive the turbulent early industrial Wales.

Aderyn Bach cottage is one of a row of stone cottages, deceptively spacious inside. It has a homely cottage décor but also has the usual modern conveniences. LAYOUT of the cottage:
FRONT ENTRANCE - step from the pavement, through the front door into a long passageway, immediately on the right, the down stairs toilet, stairs for access upstairs, passageway ends at the kitchen.
Kitchen – surprisingly roomy, lots of cupboards, breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven & hob, 2 microwaves.
Lounge – good size lounge /dinner, table seats 6. The lounge area has two large sofas and a chaise lounge metal action bed settee (extra sleeping option), large screen TV /DVD player / free Wi-Fi / Sky
Upstairs
1st Bedroom – 2 single beds, chest of draws and dressing table
2nd Bedroom – 2 single beds, chest of draws and dressing table
3rd Bedroom – double bed and dressing table.
There is an inflatable mattress available
Bathroom – bathroom suite, shower over bath, central heating cupboard.
REAR ENTRANCE - via back road, parking and a garage. In keeping with the age of the cottage, there are ‘rustic’ steps leading down the 2 tiered patio areas.
Children’s Play area – very close by at the rear
Parking: free on street parking and a secure garage.
