We went to Air Arena for the first time on Monday with our daughter who will be 2 in July, we got to attend a toddler session and the session after as it was so quiet. We had the most amazing time there, all the staff were wonderful and all having fun. They had classic disney music playing for the kids which made it all the more fun. Our daughter loved it and so did we. We’ll definitely be going back.

We visited today with our son Alex who has special needs (physical and learning disabilities) and we were very very impressed. The staff could not do enough for us to assist Alex to use the equipment and as a result, all 4 of us had a brilliant time.



The trampolines and the whole environment were immaculately clean and in good condition and safety is obviously a big priority.



Our family highly recommends Air Arena for everyone, of all ages and if you have a child or young person with physical disabilities but who still appreciates the opportunity to mobilise around safely, then this is the place to go. And this is high praise well deserved because it isn’t always easy to find somewhere suitable for disabled young people, especially where the staff are so welcoming and helpful. Huge thanks to Lisa, Chris and Beth who made Alex’s and our experience such a good one

We visited Air Arena for the first time for my daughters 10th birthday today. I’d heard good reviews so booked their Domino Pizza Party deal.

The staff were really helpful & friendly from the start.

The party was well organised and the pizzas were ready when our jumping time was finished.

Everything was very well organised & big thank you to Louise, very helpful, friendly & informative. Nothing was too much trouble.

The kids loved pouring their own slush puppies!

It was really friendly and I felt the party was good value for money. They even included a voucher for the birthday girl to return for a free jumping session. I would definitely recommend Air Arena & plan to visit again. Thank you

We come all the time for the Usual standard jump but today we came for

The princess tea party I want to say a huge thank you as all the staff and princess’s were so lovely and good with the girls, they couldn’t do enough! I have One very happy girl who hasn’t stopped saying I miss her (Elsa) really recommend this. X

We bought our daughter here for the first time today. She had a fantastic time at toddler Time. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a visit. We can't wait to come again!

Took my four year daughter to a toddler morning, the staff were nice and friendly and always on hand to help. The arena itself is well designed allowing for multiple levels of experience to enjoy the trampolines. The toddler morning allowed us to experience the arena at our own pace and its nice to see so many kids being active in a well controlled and safe environment. Booking was nice and easy online and the check in took seconds, the briefing was to the point and very clear. Thank you for a lovely couple of hours - we will come again....the little one is demanding it already.

Took 2 groups of 11-12 yrs olds for joint party.

Naturally the kids were hectic and a few had to watch the safety video again, but the staff were amazing and very safety conscious. The kids had an amazing time and really enjoyed the Friday disco. Would definitely go back. Thank you to all the staff who kept an eye on the kids and kept them safe... very much appreciated .

Today I took my kids to air arena and believe me I couldn't be more happy. My son is 9 and is bein tested for adhd and autism and he is hectic most of the time but today he managed to jump off the high box and it was such an amazing thing to see.

The staff there are so patient with the kids there aswell a big thumbs up to Tom that works there for showing my son the walk on wall and for Sam that works there who is so patient with the kids and takes time to say hello specially to my little monkey 2 year old. This place is amazing and can't wait for my kids to go back there again. Thanks guys for bein so great xxx

The BEST place for people of all ages. Love this place and the staff are totally amazing. My little one would go here every day if we let her. The cafe staff are equally as brilliant and they always have a great selection of food, drinks and treats. A special shout out to Callum & Benji who my little girl adores ��

Staff really go out of there way to interact with the children on special days like Princess and Heroes day :)

My first time here today for the toddler session and we all loved it! So stress free with the marshalls always ready to engage with the children and have fun - which helps with 2 very lively boys running in opposite directions. My 2 year old and 4 year old thoroughly enjoyed it and we will definitely be visiting again ☺ thank you!

Me and my family have been to air arena a few times and the kids love it and always say they want to come back, friendly staff and great atmosphere, if u’ve not been then your missing out on the best trampoline park in West Sussex �

I couldn’t recommend Air Arena enough! It’s such a brilliantly happy and positive place for everyone (both staff and customers), and who knew that bouncing up and down would bring so much joy to so many people of all ages!



This trampoline park is hard to beat �

Great fun, good atmosphere, loved the music. Can't beat 2 hours bounce for parent AND child for £5. Had a kids packet lunch in the cafe for 2.50. Brilliant.

First visit today for our son's Birthday outing with his two friends. Check-in was really smooth, ALL staff really friendly, the arena was very clean, they have a lovely, fair priced cafe upstairs that overlooks it all and bean bags round the edges of the arena for parents spectating (although could do with more of those please)! Suited for kids up to the age of 10 I would say as the main bulk of trampolines are quite small, but they have some slightly bigger ones on the other side, a basketball hoop, dodgeball court and wall climb areas where you have to hit a button when the circles light up, also a couple of foam pits, but all great fun! One member of staff in particular stood out today, so shout out to 'Tayla' on the high platform who was brilliant in being friendly, calming and encouraging to our son who was frightened to do the big jump and got tearful/frustrated at himself. She really spent time in between other jumpers to coax him into it, so thank you for being so nice and helping him, as he did jump in the end and was so happy he did it! We also saw you do the same with at least one other child, so well done! :) We'll definitely be back!

Everytime I take my children to Air Arena the staff there go above and beyond!

I have been to the toddler time a number of times. This morning a member of staff called Millie came over to play and chat to the children, she was wonderful with them!

Another time, when I had taken my 6 year old, she was quite anxious about jumping off the high platform but the marshal there made her feel completely at ease and that she could achieve it!

The wonderful staff are a real credit to the company. Thank you for always giving us a happy experience.

Been here before but me and my husband took our 2 year old little girl and 7 year old niece here tonight and they loved it! The staff were amazing, had some older boys kept on jumping/running in front of our little one but the staff dealt with it brilliantly! My niece sprained her ankle slightly and again staff were brilliant, got a ice pack and made her feel better instantly!

Air arena staff are amazing with my children especially my autistic son Alfie thank you.
