Went today had a lovely meal and helpful staff.

Was lovely as a little box of chocs on table for the mummys. And a free raffle unfortunately we didnt win.

We stopped coming here until it changed hands. What an improvement! Clean tables & floors! Friendly staff. One dish was cold but they were quick enough to sort it out! Will DEFINITELY be returning soon

Lovely carvery , you can eat in the restaurant or in the wacky warehouse. We had our food in the restaurant, then went into the soft play area, which is the best way to do it and perhaps have your pudding in the soft play area, that way the kids eat.

Very good food, shame the roast potatoes aren’t from fresh potatoes, instead of the frozen ones. But the portions of meat are really good and all the veg are very good. The pigs in blankets and Yorkshire puds are really good too. It was our first visit and we will definitely now be regulars. Enjoy it very much

'recently had major refurbishment and the children's play area is now separate from the main pub. It is now a carvery and I have to say that the food was delicious. I truly believe that the new management are really trying to improve the whole experience of this place and I think they have made a good start.

Rome was not built in a day so Keep up the good work.

When we ordered the drinks the barmaid obviously didn't listen as she got it all wrong and she tried to say that we where the ones that got it wrong. We where going to have a meal, but after seeing the service with other customers, we decided not to and went somewhere else.

When we got there nobody had any idea of the booking; so no table & the wacky wearhouse was over crowded so we weren't allowed in � (very upset children)



Food was no cooked how we ordered it & the staff were roud & I over hured them cussing about the people at my table!

Use to love coming here for the good prices and and good food but after our latest visit we were very disappointed with the new menu we ordered from the 2 for £8.99 selection and the size of my chicken portion was atrocious it was half the size of my husband's the tomato on my plate was larger (I do have a picture ) my chips were also over cooked looked as though they came from 2 different batch cooks and I had a teaspoon of peas on my plate I dare say we won't be visiting again any time soon such a shame PS the women's toilets were not a pleasant experience either

Sorry to say was not impressed at all . Always visit when we pass carvery always been lovely , went in yesterday Sunday 14th carvery wasn't good at all husband said his beef was crumble roast potatoes were defiantly not cooked on day was so dry very disappointed. To top it all while sitting down eating waitress leaned over between us to take the pot of cutlery.grrrrr

Once a place we use to enjoy comeing and used a couple of times a month as the kids love it here but unfortunately I can see the place going down hill what a shame.. recently on two occasions we had been served our food with items missing from the meals the food was taken away then bought back with What Was Missing but the rest of the food had gone cold clearly was left on the side.. on anouther occasion i had left with out eating one of my meals due to the order being messed up and receiving the wrong meal twice buy this time my familey had finished eating and ready to leave we have young children so waiting around a table isnt ideal and enjoyable.. we thought today we would give it one last shot but on visiting the Wacky Warehouse had decided we wasn't going to stay and eat as we was put of buy the conditions in there. There was some form of formula left in a bottle on our table ( cleaning product ) for all eny one new it could be harmful and left at perfect reach for eny child the boys toilets smelt awful and one urinal has been left blocked. The baby changing facility has no lock on the door therefore I was forced to changing my child's bottom when people could clearly see in no privacy at all surely a five-pound door lock wouldnt brake the bank.. really disappointed as today would probably be the last time we visit this Wacky Warehous. I will pm photos taken to save you the embarrassment.

Been here a few times and always seems to be a problem. Had dinner today after children had a play in wacky warehouse. My daughter ordered lasagne which they had ran out of so had to change, not much Of a problem, 30 seconds later the 2 adult mains came out but had to wait a further 10 minutes for my children's dinners to come out which wasnt acceptable as we had nearly finished eating and they hadnt even started. My chicken burger came with out the peppers, red onion and BBQ dip as stated on the menu, bacon was stone cold, handful of chips and the coleslaw had way to much vinegar in it. My son ended taking his dinner home in a bag provided as he was getting restless as he had waited longer and all the other adults had finished their dinner, he is only 2. Not sure we will return any time soon. Disappointed.

Went to the softplay with our granddaughter, she always has so much fun never disappointed then we decided to have dinner in the air balloon very disappointing fries were like cupboard and cold burger was over cooked and disgusting wouldn't eat here again!

Went here on Tuesday 31 July wish l had gone to Mc d's at least the food would have been hotter , chips looked like that had been refryed but where stone cold on my wife's plate so sent them back that came back with fresh ones then my meal came well the burger was like a spurge full of Greece and the chips looked like the ones we sent back only reheated conplaned was that that would give me a refuned that toke over 30 min on reflection will never go here ever again very poor sub standard food

Well let's start with the food being luke warm with baked beans that had been cooked for to long leaving a big old thick later of skin on top just overall rubbish, the waitress was very dosey, watched her put someone's pudding on there table and her thumb went into the custard, the gentleman never noticed so instead of wiping off she sucked her fingers infront of us,kept itching her scalp. puddings tool 35 minutes to come out which my sons icecream boat was all melted. My partners pudding was so tough she couldnt eat itI knew it was bad here but not this bad I for 1 won't be coming back again

We ordered our food and waited 40 minutes which is fine if it was busy but it wasn’t. Then when food came my chips had been reheated and had half the amount than others on my table had. The burger was missing lettuce cheese and pulled pork.

Went back to the bar and asked for the manager. Lady came out and offered us a new meal each but would obviously have to wait or refund. I said a refund please not expecting much.

She refunded the whole food order so was happy about. Food was inedible so left it and went to McDonald’s. Not a great experience at all. Thankfully we got the refund. It was 6pm and there was no carvery left and some of the meals where sold out too.

Should have realised when we entered the building, nigh on empty, bangers and mash, yuk instant mash,ended up just eating the sausages, (nigh on cold) just a teaspoonful of peas, swimming in gravy, all served in a soup bowl,

two children left waiting and waiting for a pudding, used to be good a few years ago, when it wasnt easy to get a table,

Rude staff, bad atmosphere, staff can’t be bothered in helping their paying customers, ideal if you like cheap!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Chef was so rude and I got the excuse by staff “ she’s in a bad mood” so unprofessional food was discussing wouldn’t serve it to my dog! Save your money people
