Eid al Adha and Day of Arafah confirmed.
Alhamdulillah, 1st of Dul Hijjah was on 12th August and therefore 9th of Dul Hijjah i.e. the Day of Arafah is on Monday 20th August 2018.
Eid al Adha will be on Tuesday 21st August 2018.
... It is said that the 1st 10 days of Dul Hijjah are among the most blessed days of the year. It is Sunnah to recite tasbeeh, remembrance of Allah, during the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah. Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar.
Fasting in the 1st 9 days including the Day of Arafah is highly recommended.
Make Du’a, supplications, particularly on the day of Arafah. Make the most of these golden days.

Family Funday Update
Alhumdulillah what a day, it was so humbling and beautiful to see all parts of the community come and unite in the name of fun and to support Aisha Masjid today.
Alhumdullilah the event was well attended with a large variety of stalls, activities, games and most Importantly food.
... Alhumdulillah we managed to raise £8020 this afternoon, may Allah swt reward all.
I would like to say a huge specials thanks to all of our dedicated volunteers young and old, it was hot, it was busy, it was exhausting but know that only Allah swt will repay you for time in abadunce inshaAllah. I pray that on the on day of judgement when the heat will be million times hotter than today I pray that you are chosen to be amongst those who are shaded but Allah swt throne ameen.
Also a huge thanks to all the local businesses who really pulled trough for us and donated with generous hearts, I pray Allah swt puts barakah in your businesses and gives you so much more in return.
Last but by far not least a huge thanks to the organising team, the BBQ team, all the sisters who got up at the crack of dawn to cook and donate food to be sold today, it is people with sincere intentions like yourselves that always deliver every time we ask, you know who you all are a massive jazakAllah Khairun, may Allah swt reward all you in abadunce accept your donation whether monetary or in time.

I have been very impressed with the work that the brothers and sisters have done a this Mosque. In the very few years since the opening of this mosque the progress has been enormous. The first floor has recently been upgraded and it looks great.

The group of people managing this mosque deserve all the support for their great work.

I have been attending evening prayers in the masjid. And it has been an amazing experience. I recall when the project first began and the women became involved. It was the big change. when I look at the progression now it's commendable. To all those young teachers and organisers and even the traffic controllers. I know your jobs can be sometimes very challenging, your dedication is admirable. May Allah grant you many rewards. May we all work together to make Aisha Masjid a great place. The Masjid still needs funds for completion, please donate towards this amazing project. In the month of Ramadan your contributions will be greatly rewarded.

I am a regular attender at this masjid and am impressed with all work being done well done to all involved we should appreciate the people who have given this time and effort for this project. May Allah subhanaallah reward them all greatly.(Aameen)
