‼📢AK'S GYM ANNOUNCEMENT📢‼ Hi all Hope you are all enjoying the summer holidays and the beautiful sunshine!☀🏖 I am writing to all to make you all aware that AK'S GYM will be having a temporary closure! 🤗We have exciting times ahead and I’m sure your all share the excitement when I tell you we are relocating! 🤭🤗... This means a permanent gym fully equipped 💪🏽🥊🏋‍♀with extra perks added, extra classes to the existing timetable,we also plan to have special meal plans with refreshments exclusive to AK'S GYM members only, 🍗🥗🍚where you can also purchase from a set menu....this is just the tip of the iceberg!! We will keep you updated throughout the process and are hoping to welcome you all back at the new location at the beginning of September! Awsome Ladies Only Thai X Boxing training with these two legends tonight pushing them hard tonight with some circuit fitness & conditioning warm up boxing and Thai pad combo drills and to finish of with abs blast and reaction game to see who could win it was a draw but Marie nailed the circuits so proud of how far she has come with her training kicks were on point tonight and Cheryl boxing is getting better each time well done you too so proud of you both ;) #bornlioness
