✨ I love natural “ Lassi “ 🙂. Here in India it is often served with your lunch as it enhance digestion. 1 cup of live yogourt to 3 cups of water , jaggery to taste and 1/2 tsp of grounded cardamom. Whisk together and enjoy! 😘 If you suffer from gas or bloating , add 1 pinch of ground ginger, 1 pinch of ground cumin , 1 pinch of ground coriander , 1 pinch of salt and drink after lunch :) 🙏 @mararivillas

It helps smooth the mind and promotes longevity...enjoy ✨••1 cup of organic milk, 2tsp of root ginger, Pinch of cardamom, 1/2 inch of vanilla pod, 8-10 raisins, Pinch of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of ghee, Pinch of nutmeg•• Place all ingredients ( except the ghee ) in a saucepan . Bring to boil and simmer for a couple of minutes, stirring st all times . Add the ghee and drink slowly.••

Hands down the best pregnancy massage I've had (2 babies in) and one of the best massages overall. Alex's strength, gentle and knowledgeable manner made for a very personalised and uplifting experience. The Hydrotherm element of the massage made it even more relaxin and it was finished off with a beautiful cup of homemade turmeric and honey tea and white chocolate and coconut truffle - an example of the attention to detail that Alex goes to in order to make it such a unique experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone and will certainly be going back for post-natal treatments as well.

Alex has saved my emotional balance! I saw her for a full body massage and therapy last night which was so convenient to go along at that time and it was perfect to aid a wonderful full night sleep.
