Alfie'S Tricycle Description
Alfie is my son. He's 11 years old now, last year he was diagnosed with ASD, ADHD and Dyspraxia And Collitus.
Alfie struggles at school and finds difficulty in having friendships and getting around. Alfie had a tiny tricycle when he was little but as he has grown so big so fast he only had it for a little while, we tried stabilisers but they weren't strong or big enough for a big bike.
He so desperately wanted to go outside and be like other kids. It made him sad. I couldn't afford a balance bike or trike, One day last summer 2016 someone offered us a old three wheeled shopping bike it was a donation to a bike shop from another family, but they insisted it had to go to someone that really needed it. So I applied.
We went to have a look and after the seat and handlebars were adjusted Alfie finally got to ride a bike after so many years, tears ran down his cheeks and he smiled.
He had his first test drive outside our house and the joy and freedom that old three wheeler gave my son that day will never leave me
So. . . . . .
Now its our turn to make someone smile.

Tonight the lovely Michelle Wingate did her massive charity raffle live on FB. She sold a Fabulous 510 tickets. She has split the funds raised between 3 charities. B.R.A.S.S . Grandads front room and Alfies Tricycle. Alfie was there to help too! Meaning that Michelle has given Alfie's £170.00!!!!... Thankyou so much to Michelle and everyone that donated prizes and brought tickets x

Wow !!! Just wow!!! What an amazing day at The Ready To Rock School Hayling Island Charity gig. Thankyou so much to Mark Thompson-Smith and everyone in the Rock school collective for Giving everyone an exceptional day of music and entertainment . With a little bit of Monster... Thrown in for good measure ! It was a seriously hot day but everyone gave more than 100 Percent. Thankyou to everyone that came along to Support Alfie's Tricycle and put money in the buckets . We collected a whopping £352.18 !!! And had four more people willing to join the crazy club and jump out a plane on our next parachute jump.

Alfie's tricycle. This is a new one for me, Su Lee-smithh and Tracy Spencer help raise money to get tricycles for children young or old with disabilities but where the families are unable to raise the money themselves. They currently have a parachute jump this month and and trikefest booked 😁
And B.R.A.S.S Louise Morley-Brooks - Bognor Regis Autism and SEND support. Thus is a group I'm working with closely and we want to do events in the school holidays for families weather you have a diagnosis or not.
100% of the money raise is going to these 3 amazing causes.
