Why it’s awesome? We’ve designed it, personally. Owned and run by those who have been in the game a long time – and know their stuff, it’s got everything we want and you need at a gym. Our members train hard, want to achieve, and are dedicated and our PTs are well informed, continue personal development and get results!

We could go on about the fact we’re open 24 hours, 365 days, with an school warehouse style gym environment and the best Watson and Atlantis equipment to use or the fact we have a massive strongman area with tyres up to 400kg, 6 racks and integrated platforms, and dedicated Freefit area.
We could just hint at the fact we have a separate cardio area, a dedicated Boxing area and ring, Watt Bike classes with Rolling Dynamics and even a Pole strength studio for use, and that we offer BioPrint consultation and a number of treatment rooms for freelance Physio, massage and beauty.
We have free parking both on-site and locally, have in-house challenges and carefully select our Personal Trainers and Managers who make up our awesome Team TRG.
We’re not ruled by a massive corporation, it’s owned and run by us – TEAM TRG (you’ll see us in the gym). We listen to members, support each other and always look to be better! We could go on, but if you want a proper gym, you might as well just come down and see for yourself!

Visited as a one off as I was staying nearby and missing training! Met PT Sarah who was really lovely and helpful and even showed me a few new things to try out to strengthen muscles around an injury I had. The gym is huge and unbelievably well equipped. Wish I could train here more and get a proper pt beasting! Will definitely visit again when I'm up from Cornwall. Thanks!
It was a fantastic place to train with friendly staff and atmosphere. TM training is outstanding with 2 top coaches who facilitate to all your needs. They offer a range of activities including boxing, S&C, nutrition advice and personal training sessions for individual needs. I'm an England boxer and this is definitely a professional and an outstanding place to train.

Best gym iv ever been a member of, ok it hasn't got ya steam-room or sauna but go find an book in a leisure centre after if you wanna relax, this is a gym for gym people wanting to train
