All Loft Conversions

Sometimes we feel like pit pony’s, working in a dark loft. So a good result after today’s work 😎😎

With the plasterboarding now started, it’s starting to come together.

Our rigid board insulation is now completed 😷😷

As today was a little overcast and cooler, we could crack on and finish the flat roof coverings.

Tiles to the dormer are looking good 😎👀

Internal woodwork and first fix electrics are completed.

Today we mocked up the sanitary ware in timber. To give our client an idea of the shower room layout.

As the weather forecast was for settled weather, we decided to go for it ☀️ Big thanks to Malcolm, Nick and Jez 😎😎😎

This afternoon we where invited back to see a conversion that we completed in February for Claire and Paul. WOW 😮 Love the decoration and furnishings, looks fabulous guys

We started the perimeter walls today. Including the posts for the roof steel beam 💪💪

A local builders merchants has been chasing our business , and as they offered special rates I thought I would check out their timber. OMG 😮 Needless to say I left empty handed 😐😕

Always nice to complete the new floor, the ceilings are now safe 😂

New floor joists and flooring fitted to the front section of the loft today 😅

Making access to a slate roof is not so easy to weather at the end of each day. But Jez had a cunning plan 🤔

Our clients building control officer made his final inspection today 👀
