weve been away for years and never come to Allhallows for some reason i have to say it was the best caravan park we have BEEN TOO ...CLEAN FRIENDLY ORGANISED had everything and was great definitely coming back x

We have just had a fantastic week stopping here,nothing was too much trouble we had a few problems with our caravan as soon as we rung up someone came and fixed it the same day,the caravan was gorgeous very clean and spacious,the entertainment staff were brilliant my little one liked Charlotte,the arcade staff were very helpful as well when my little ones toy got stuck it wasn’t any trouble at all to get it out for him.We will definitely be visiting again

We had a lovely time here kids loved itplenty to do, lovely caravan staff were really helpful , would come back

Just got back from a four night stay and had a fantastic time. This was the first time we stayed here and were not sure what to expect. The caravan was clean ans well stocked. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The activities for the kids were great, although we did not do all of them. We had one small issue which was sought and that was we arrived on the Monday and Anxious was due to do photos. My 8 year old was so excited so off we went and there and no Anxious. We were told she would be thereon Teusday but again no Anxious. We were aware they could change the appearances around but we were leaving early on the Friday.

My wife went to the reception and the girls were great. They spotted Stuart who's the entertainment manager. We explained how upset are daughter was and was told Anxious was in hospital, but he would get Anxious to wright a letter and Polly would drop it round to our caravan at 2:30 on the Thursday. Well 2:30 arrived and a golf cart approached our caravan with Stuart driving and Anxious was out of hospital and had come in person to see our daughter. She nearly cried and this made her holiday she's still smiling two days later. So a big thank you to you Stuart you went above and beyond and should be recognized for this.

We're looking at coming back next year as all three kids (2 are teenagers) have asked if we can go back next year.

Just for the Security Man that delivered me some gas at 3am yesterday couldn’t believe it when the guy on the emergency number said it would be sorted in 15 minutes

I have just come black from a weekend here, and what a lovely weekend it was. Me my mum and two children aged 7 1/2 and nearly 4yr old booked last min deal 2 bed caravan. On arrival we was welcomed by some lovely staff in reception who told us everything we needed to know and took us to the pool to book our activities for the weekend bent over backwards to make sure we was able to do the ones we wanted. When we got to our caravan we had been upgraded to a 3 bed it's was lovely clean n tidy! I can't thank Mariah enough for the time she took to help my 7yr old ride a bike she even gave her a one2one learn to ride session and she mastered it. We will defiantly be returning it was so much fun and all the staff are so friendly n helpful! �

First holiday in years and first time as a mum. We all had fun doing our own thing and planned activities. It had great views. We had a standard caravan which was prefect for 3. Some of the staff wasn't very jolly or helpful but lovely staff at the reception, on site shop and the Live Lounge. Our little one was amazed by the seaside squad. Definitely planning next holiday there

We always come here for a weekend getaway. This time I requested to be near the amenities because I have had an operation and can’t walk far. But when we get here we are put on Hillside the same area we always get. So not very impressed that we are still a ten minute walk away when I have specified I cannot walk that far. Could try better for loyal returning customers you would think!!

My sisters got a caravan here. Weathers been brilliant Sam Bailey was great last night. Sercurity are welcoming and always smiling. Geeat weekend 😊

Just returned from staying at Allhallows Leisure Park for the first time and was very impressed. We went as a family celebrating my birthday and had a great time. My granddaughter took part in several activities and really enjoyed them. The site was very clean and well layed out as was our caravan. We had very good meals in the restaurant and the carvery was probably the best we have had. We would definitely go again.

Just cone back. A lovely relaxing stay! Brilliant outside and indoor pools, good arcade and very friendly staff, in particular Tony (a member of security)�. The downside to the park is the lack of places to eat. The shop sells limited products and the nearest town is 10miles. Meals vary from £10 and above and desserts around £4.95. Kids meals between £3.99 and £5.99. A two course meal for a family of 4 would have cost us around £65 with drinks.

Arrived home yesterday from a 3 night stay really enjoyed it and was very relaxing, staff very polite although the restaurant in the arcades had terrible service will not eat there again as I waited a hour or just over for my children's dinner to be served then another 30 minutes for pancakes and ice cream. It's nice there for a weekend away but couldn't do a week it's not big enough and not much to do need more amusements etc but a lovely holiday park still. My children was happy

First arrived we paid to be upgraded to get a van with no electric to then be moved to the same graded van ( which i dont belive it was ) to have no gas called um out to change the gas can thing which they did while we was out but when we came back for dinner still no gas . was told they couldnt put it on as we was out!!!! Really they have key food in resturant was terrible cold hard

When we complained about all this there was no apology what so ever thanks for ruining out ten year wedding annervery sat 21st april i hope you improve this as we are back in 7 weeks i want bloody answers too not happy dreading june now

Currently staying here at moment for short weekend.

Finding that its not very good at all - the restaurant staff are very slow, had to wait an hour for food on arrival and when it came out the food was luke warm, hard and not great at all! Entertainment room is very small, hardly any tables and chairs - so you find your self standing up all night, people hogging tables also!

Decided to order takeaway from Papa Johns - advertise they do free deliveries but when rang up - there was no delivery driver to deliver!

Park outside for children - no entrance you have to walk half way through the arcades just to get where you need to be.

Swimming pool - didnt bother with!

Found the activity bookings seemed expensive also.

All in one not very happy and will not be coming back to this park!

Place is a joke !!! Do not ever buy a caravan as you'll be completely ripped off by sales team *BEWARE* very incompetent

I had to leave this Park due abruptly due to discriminatory remarks and bullying by a another set of family.. and Management blamed us for it...I wrote in and made a formal complaint, ask them if I can get a refund once again management did nothing...but my clip I made on facebook resurfaced today and thought I should say something about the discomfort that both my friend and kids endured.......
