You can't please every customer every time. And god knows I'm a difficult customer. But the staff at als are excellent and are always pleased to see me. They put up with my relentless messaging and ordering of spare parts. They always get exactly what I need and fast. And as a valued customer I'm always getting micro discounts and little freebies thrown in with my purchases. Als is all the model shop you will ever need. And the customer service is the best!!! If you don't agree then you must be mad in the head. Great job always thanks guys!!

Popped in to get a couple of Lipo batteries. Spent an hour in there. Al is exteremely knowledgeable - got the low down on the best way to charge and store Lipos. I ended up buying a 4 way charger and lots of cables - not what I intended but hey it is Christmas!

Just brought my Tamiya hotshot and these guys have been great. So helpful and nothing is an issue!! Already looking at another model for later on this year. You won't be disappointed or let down with these guys

I've used Al's Hobbies for more than 15 years now. The service and the knowledge of the staff have always been great. I love buying from a family business like my own, you get a more personal service and that's exactly what you get with the Machinchy family.

Great service from Als, ordered some servos about noon Wednesday and they arrived at 10.30 Thursday, Thanks to Gary for sorting it out so quickly.

Good lads, very reasonably priced fuel for nitro cars, will be asking for info about brushless parts soon too.

As an ex Model shop owner, since I retired I've used Al's a fair bit and always had good, friendly service. You've got to do something really stupid to upset any of the Owners or staff!

A very big Thankyou for the excellent Spektrum service from Al's Hobbies and their Spektrum Engineer...

I posted my DX9 from the Hampshire south coast for a Health Check a mere 48 hours ago and I have literally just received it back by courier!

I received a phone call from Gary yesterday lunchtime fully explaining clearly all the tests and re-calibration he had carried out.

£30 (including return postage), money very well spent indeed.

this scumbag tried to rip me of.. selling things he has/nt got takes your money and then lies about giving you a refund....over 400.00 pound he stole from me ..i had to get a full refund through paypal.......and paypal are going to sanction this liar for what he did....AVOID paying this scumbag through paypal
