Until the 15th of August where I'll be away on holiday for a week, I'll be working alongside Elise/Nine Lives Vegan to teach Mindful Art class. The next class will be this Thursday (18th July) at 4:30pm - 6pm.

Mindful Art - still life example
On the pathway to the entrance of the Cornerstone Community Centre, I picked a rather complex arrangement of flowers and picked out some of the details that stood out the most. The branches, leaves, petals that got captured in the sun.
Being an artist that excells in putting as much detail into my art as possible, in the intitial sketch I evaded from doing that, and instead just the essential shapes. When it came to colour, I mixed my media ...with standard colouring pencils, watercolour crayons and pencils; getting the basis colour down first, then adding slight detail so I could use the water to blend.

Continuation into traditional art; using pencils, fine liners of various thickness, permanent markers etc. And over the last month or so, have been exploring watercolour colouring pencils and crayons.
Will be furthur expanding graphic art, digital illustrations and going to experiment with oil pastels.

For local and Sussex based artists;
It's the last two weeks of Worthing Artists' Open Houses (22nd - 30th June 2019), located in Rose Walk and Lancaster Road. On the last week, on the 29th June, Naomi France is running a drop-in workshop, starting at 11:30am - 4:30pm.
It's £15 entry.

Decided to follow suit with a lot of artists and joined up with Ko-fi; it will be really appreciated if you can support my work! I'm planning to activate the Gold section in the near future, so anyone can request a commission via Ko-fi as well as this page. All these monies will go towards prints for my future art business and any stalls I will attend.

My Etsy shop is now open!
For the next couple of weeks, I'll be working on getting the prints in physical format, so they'll be previewed on the page with an estimate on how many will be printed; and they'll be used as a pre-order.

Decided to design a new copyrght symbol for my art, basing it on my original Oscillum copyright.

Animus can now be found on Instagram.
Instagram will primely focus on the advertisement of events that I will share with Nine Lives Vegan and the eventual collaboration with Bewitched where you'll be able to purchase prints soon (I will keep everyone updated on that).
