💕A little story 💕
"... ...A lady wanted to have a million dollar facial and spotted a therapist who did absolutely amazing work, but she charged a good price too.
... The lady thought that her price was way too high so she approached the therapist and in quite an abrupt fashion stated "I want a facial from you, but I think you charge too much!"
The therapsit was a little taken aback but replied "Ok, how much do you think I should charge?"
The lady replied “I think you should charge “X” much, because the roller will cost this much, and blade this much, and skincare this much etc. I have even factored in the price of a yellow bag."
The final price the lady had calculated was a lot cheaper than the therapists original price, but she said "Ok, deal. You can come in for your facial tuesday next week at 10am".
The customer is very pleased with herself and she can’t resist telling all her friends what a fabulous deal she has negotiated and how smart she is, and that in a week she will attend her appointment for the Million Dollar Facial.
A week later she arrived to her appointment..there was a box, She opens it and inside is a roller,a blade , skincare etc. and even a yellow bag. Angrily she shouts at the therapist asking “How could you do this to me? I asked you for a million Dollar Facial and you give me a roller, a blade, skincare and a yellow bag!!!!!"
The therapist quietly replies "My dear, you got exactly what you paid for, if you think that there is something missing, then you are absolutely right and you need to pay for it.
Moral of the story, when you buy a bespoke service you are not just buying just the materials and goods you are buying the, time, effort, skill, training, costs of daily running of a business, tax but more importantly love, passion and dedication that goes into providing a bespoke service. 🙌🏻
This applies not only to the Million Dollar Facial but to all specialised treatments 👌

Fitting was enjoyable and a lovely relaxed experience and most importantly plenty of aftercare advice re the care of my own hair . AnneMarie is so lovely , I won’t be going anywhere else for my extension care and will be a regular customer 😁 Extremely impressed and happy x
