We have been sat in the Apple Store most of the afternoon and I have to say the staff are amazing! I’ve never been in a tech shop where the staff are so friendly and helpful! We had to wait but no fault of theirs, they couldn’t have been more helpful and entertained the kids with some gadgets! Well done Apple Brighton! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic service, employee was extremely knowledgable about Mac hardware, knew exactly how to see about fixing it. Calmed me down right away and sorted my problem. I'm quite tech-literate and can solve almost all problems like this myself but was unable to this time, I and my important files were thankfully saved!

Not a long wait at all, book an appointment online beforehand so you're seen, problem was fixed ASAP.

Brilliant service today at the Apple Store in Brighton. Went in without an appointment and was seen pretty much straight away. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the lovely guy who served me was very patient when we discovered the phone needed charging before we could look at it. He came back after a few minutes to check the battery status and again when it was ready to go. It turned out I didn't need to do anything except turn off a setting that was draining my battery quicker than necessary, so he was helpful in showing me how this was done and instead of just recommending I do a battery replacement just to get my money, he gave me good advice and i didn't spend the money. To me that is fantastic customer service and makes me way more likely to spend my money with Apple in the future. Thanks again guys.

Anyone heard of this potential scam?

I had an email purporting to be from Apple thanking me for my order, which I've never done.

I signed in on my Apple ID and a message told me that my account had been suspended due to a suspicious transaction and I had to verify my details. It went on to ask me name, address, date of birth and even my card details! Of course I haven't done any of that.

I have no idea if I should contact Apple or even how to get hold of them.

I'm beginning to wonder what these scammers will get up to next......assuming it is a scam.

Went into the shop to buy a MacBook, was given some misleading info about collection times of an online order, then a system error meant I couldn't collect for a few days. Was very disappointed with the service. However, when I spoke to a manager in store (Megan) she was so lovely, listening to my frustrations and really understood where I was coming from. I am still feeling bruised by the whole experience but feeling better after talking to Megan, thank you!

My problem is not with the store - they tried hard to help - but with the system that won't let them fix the problem. So still here with 3 week old non functioning iPad, which will soon have been broken longer than it worked. We all agree on the problem and the correct end result but apparently apple's system won't let it get fixed. Given the cost it's outrageous.

Oh and no way to get apple themselves to deal with it, the poor patient foot soldiers have to take the flak. Not fair on anyone.

My daughter took out a 24 month agreement including Apple care three months ago and had her drink spiked and phone stolen. She phoned Apple and they told her she does not have theft on Apple care - so why is this not pointed out by staff when they sell this. Obviously on commission. She is a student earning little very little money and paying nearly £40 a month for the next 21 months for a phone and apple care on a phone she does not have. Apple told her to go to the store and try and negotiate with them. So she goes to the store oh no they cant do anything not even cancel the apple care. They tell her to go to Barclays to see is they can help her!!! Just pass the person on. Well Apple all our family have your phones - always upgrading. NOT ANY MORE your customer care is terrible. Everyone i speak to says you should cancel apple care. You make enough money as it is. Samsung Galaxy for us in future. I will not give a penny more of my money to your company. No one in your company will help telling her to go to one person who tells her to go to another. Totally unbelivable. YOu should make sure you make it crystal clear when you encourage a 19 year to take out credit for the next two years of their lives that you. could not give a damn about them only their money and do not point out she has not theft cover. Not only that when she bought the Hines she had to wait nearly a month to download her music because of another problem you would not help her with. DOBT BUY APPLE. �������������

I had three Apple devices took over to the genius bar only one out of three they could help me with which is my iPhone 7 I also had an iPhone 6 and been smashed they told me that I have to pay 300 quid to get another one and also I had a laptop that the battery blew the back of the bottom of the laptop off and almost burst and I didn't wanna help me at all that they told me to take it back to the people I bought it from which was PC World which I thought was very poor shape considering it was an Apple device. But one of the guys young guy called Sam was very knowledgeable very helpful and spent an hour help me sort out my phone�

Today I went in to the apple store as my phone died...I was told my the staff member dealing with it that he needed to go and check the phone out..he returned after about 5 mins and said that the phone had a system failure..said he checked the charge port and the battery..as I was out of warranty the only thing to do was get a new phone for £299...I didn’t want to pay this for a phone that had a system failure...so I left and went and saw someone else who was a previous employee...and guess what apple...my phone is now working..it was the charge port..I was also told that my phone was not even looking at properly....

I was told to speak to someone on help care, then Apple care told me to then speak to customer assistant, they were more interested in World Cup than helping their customers.

Never been treated so badly in my whole life. Bought a Mac book pro for £1000+ two years ago and now you want £500 for a repair.
