Today we said a sad goodbye to Dan as he leaves us for a full time job. Dan has been with us for 5 years & has been an awesome lifeguard & teacher. Thank you Dan, we’re going to miss you 😢

Leesland swimming lessons will recommence FRIDAY 28 SEPTEMBER.
Texts / emails will be sent out but please share this post too.
... We will be running daytime lessons during half term to make up for cancellations if convenient to you.
If you would like to register your swimmer(s) for the half term classes please email caroline@aquaacademygb.co.uk
If you choose not to take the half term lessons, refund / deduction amounts will be communicated to you at the pool. If you have paid in full and would like a refund rather than a catch up please email your bank details & swimmer’s name(s) to jo@aquaacademygb.co.uk.
They will be processed as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days as we have many to get through.

LEESLAND UPDATE
Some good news! The boiler is installed & working. We just need to wait for the temperature to come up now. We will be updated on Thursday about the water temperature & will let you all know which day we can recommence by Friday evening.

LEESLAND UPDATE 23 SEPTEMBER
The boiler has been replaced but the pipe work needs to be finished Monday 24 Sept. We are hoping, with everything crossed, that we can restart next Saturday (29th Sept). We will update everyone as soon as we have a definite date.

Leesland Pool Update
Having spoken to the school, we can confirm the pool boiler is being completely replaced with a new model to ensure fewer problems in the future (meaning less cancellations! 😄)
Due to the installation and set-up process, the pool will not be ready for us next week, but we are hoping to return on the week of 24th September. If we are unable to do this, lessons will recommence on the 1st October, and we will of course confirm which of these two dates our ...return will be, ASAP.
Monthly payers’ final instalments will be reduced to reflect the late start, and the amount will be confirmed to you in due course.
For those who have paid for the term in full, we will calculate how much you will be refunded as soon as we know which of the two dates we are returning on.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused but good things are worth waiting for!

LEESLAND SWIMMERS - IMPORTANT NOTICE
We have been informed that the boiler at Leesland is not working. This fault is hopefully going to be fixed early next week (week commencing 10 Sept). The water then needs to come back to the correct temperature.
Lessons are suspended until at least Saturday 15 September. We will keep you updated.
... Anyone who has paid in full for the term please email jo@aquaacademygb.co.uk with your swimmer’s name and your bank details and we will issue a refund for the cancellation.
For those who are paying monthly we will deduct the missed lesson from your balance.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience, we realise it is very frustrating for all concerned.

They are fantastic

The best swimming school my girls have been too, due to moving frequently they have been to a few but Aqua Academy’s small groups and excellent teaching has meant the girls swimming has improved dramatically. The progression in just one term has been amazing and the girls really enjoy it which is the main thing, many thanks to their teachers Ryan and Caroline!

My two boys have been swimming for a year now my 5 year old has turned from fearful to a fabulous confident swimmer and my 3 year old who wouldn't let go of me now ju,ps in off the side. Excellent instructors

My son has been swimming here for 2 years and what a transformation! He was once too scared to put his face in the water and now he's a really confident little swimmer! Thank you Lisa for being a great teacher :)

My daughter has grown incredibly in confidence and ability since being with Aqua Academy. Caroline is so patient and encouraging, and the small class sizes mean my daughter gets a good amount of time actually swimming. Very pleased!

My children have really improved since starting in November 2013. They both really enjoy it.

My Grandson was really terrified, and I mean grey and shaking terrified of water before I took him to the Aqua Academy at Leesland school....on his first lesson it took 20 minutes to take off his clothes, he sat for 5 minutes on the side and then James carefully coaxed him into the water for 5minutes...it took quite a few lessons for him to feel able to get into the pool on his own but now he will jump into the pool...albeit into the instructors arms but will go right under. Many thanks to those who have helped him especially Katie and Beth.

My 3 children love their weekly lessons with ryan. They have improved very quickly and I’m happy with their progress

Great school for teaching your children to swim. The teachers are really friendly and fun and the children seem to enjoy it very much.

Fantastic Place for your child to learn how to swim. My son has been attending for nearly a year and has come on Leaps & Bounds. The Swimming Instructors that he has had (Catherine & Tash) are very friendly and make swimming fun for him. We have enrolled our youngest to start in September. Cannot praise Aqua Academy enough.

Excellent Swimming School - I have a 3yr old and 6yr old both love coming every week and are improving loads! The teachers are patient and make it fun whilst getting the most out of the children! :-)

Brilliant swim school. All of my children have loved swimming with Aqua Academy.

Both of my children attend the lesson. One goes for one hr. The other one goes for 30 mins. The teaching is lovely. The are small. ;-)

Both my boys have been swimming with Aqua Academy from babies and love it! The team are great with children, the lessons are structured but still fun and are great value for money. Highly recommend to anyone.
