had a great week stay from 15 -22 August 2018. Reception staff and grill and bar staff were brilliant and so pleasant. Dined here twice in the evening and meals eww lovely. Will miss my nightly cups of green tea. The guy on the shuttle bus back to airport was marvellous and so pleasant 😎
We stayed overnight and found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our evening meal at The Grill was exceptional and the staff attentive. The breakfast buffet left you spoiled for choice! Everything from full cooked, to bread, meat and cheese. All in all a great stay!
We stayed for a night and it was so great the room good size clean and friendly approachable staff. I want to stay there again. So memorable for me cause our first night with my love 😍
This place is totally amazing we arrived to have our room upgraded for our honeymoon beautiful food in the grill fantastic coffee in the foyer nothing is too much trouble. Also really close to the county mall which is brilliant
Stayed overnight and loved it. Hotel was great and staff were fantastic. We traveled by train so it was a boon to be able to use the gate on platform 2 for direct entry to hotel - particularly as it was raining. We spent most of the afternoon chatting to family and drinking coffee in the lounge area. Went to the pub for dinner - not a great choice of beer but food ok and, once again, great staff. We had breakfast in the Grill. Plentiful and comfortable. Couldn't fault the place. Highly recommend.
Stayed one night.....attended a wedding there.
Had a fab time, lovely hotel and lovely team of people running it.
Would definitely stay again and would recommend.
Started our 6 week holiday here through Europe UK Wales Scotland Ireland and finished here friendly staff good meals Thank you ARORA. Cheers Dave and Noeline Cooper
Me and my hubby stopped here seven years ago and loved it. Reasurant very pricey but lovely. Bed was so comfy wanted it... We stopped this time with my daughter too still very nice but beds wasn't so comfy but service top and due to fly out next morning they didn't have shuttle available for time we wanted earlier so they booked taxi. They quoted £11.50 which only pound deer too shuttle so i said ok. The morning they sent taxi and car wasn't big enough for suitcases so got another taxi and driver wanted £15. I said no too much and in the end the hotel payed for taxi.Excellent service.thank you Arora.
Had a beautiful birthday meal with my dad, the food at the grill was amazing & although there was a bigger party to cater for that clashed with ours the food came out quickly & we didn’t have to wait long at all, great work & the staff were brilliant, very happy:-)

Great hotel, friendly staff arrived at 1am and the bar was still open. Couldn’t get the kettle working on the room phoned reception and someone was at the door within minutes. Would definitely stay again. Also good car park with big spaces which was great. We got a taxi to the airport was only £11.
Everything so easy, front of house staff very helpful, plenty tea coffee in room,lovely soft bed and pillows. Food available st very reasonable prices

A quality hotel . Staff were very helpful at the reception but they do need to inform guests in order to make the lift work you need to pass your door card over a pad in the lift , several other guests had the same issue, perhaps we need to get out more, but just a suggestion .The room was very comfortable and spotless but the bed was to die for , wonderful !!!! We had one of the rooms backing onto Crawley station , this wouldn't of been an issue except the room was really hot and we needed to keep the window open, but it didn't spoil any aspect of our stay. Would definitely stay there again !
Went here for a dinner dance for Christmas this year. Food was good. Entertainment was good.nice people sharing our evening. Only thing that put the dampers on it was the price of the drinks at the bar. £28.00 for a bottle of prosseco, £6.50 for a bottle of beer.I don't think that is reasonable when you have payed out for an evening already. There is no need to charge that sought of price. What a shame...
Only spent an overnight stay on business. Nice spacious rooms and comfortably appointed. The bars are lively with a good atmosphere too and breakfast in the morning was good with a varied choice, including chicken sausages! The lift annunciation has a bit of a lisp though so finding my way to the 5th floor was slightly confusing as it definitely sounds like 6th floor the way 'she' says it ;) A bit quirky as well I thought, a telephone in the loo and a retractable clothes line were a bit ott......
Great hotel in central Crawley. Offers a range facilities. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The health spa was clean and bright offering a good Sauna and Steam room to relax in. Staff were friendly and competent throughout the whole hotel. Certainly recommend staying there when visiting Crawley or Gatwick. Thank you to the Hotel Staff. Keep up the good work.
Wasn't pleased no lift from car park had to drag luggage up two flights of stairs. Not having stayed here before sat nav drove me direct to car park. Plus disabled could only find one disabled bay and rubbish and water as I got out of car. Then once upstairs saw another entrance where you can drop luggage and then park car.
Friendly staff, checkin took long ! Bed was not comfortable although room was nice and clean furnished. Temp control was good and indication to not disturb on the outside of the room is a handy option. Breakfast was rich plenty of choice. We found the lobby a bit cold and windy, no good temp control.
