Come on down to watch the game and enjoy the atmosphere.⚽️ Your Leisure are a week in to taking over the Aylesham Welfare Leisure Centre and value all the feedback that the community have provided. We are working on the feedback and the first change is now opening the bar again in the evenings. Since agreeing to take over operation of the centre (late April) we have been working hard on all other opportunities and will announce changes as we introduce them. A new three part course aimed at helping people manage their money better and improve their budgeting begins at the Bechange Community Hub in Aylesham tomorrow evening (Wednesday 8 May). Places for the course are free and simply require tho...se interested to call Bechange, based at the Aylesham Project in Ackholt Road, on 01304 840134 to reserve one. The course which starts tomorrow at 7pm will continue on Wednesdays 15 and 22 May. What an amazing initiative great job by Hawkinge Hurricanes Running Club Dover District Council Kent Sport🎉

Your Leisure's Managing Director (Kevin Fordham) and Operations Manager (Warren Reeves) have been here at the centre on their first day as the new operators to greet members, customers and welcome the Aylesham team into the Your Leisure family.
Kevin Fordham, Managing Director for Your Leisure, said: “This is a great opportunity for Your Leisure and the Aylesham community for the continuity of the service. We look forward to working with the Aylesham & Snowdown Social Welfar...e Scheme to bring about the long-term success of the facility, building on what Freedom Leisure has achieved over the last eight years.
We will shortly be undertaking some initial market research to better understand what customers and the local community want from their leisure centre including the services to be offered. I would like to thank Freedom Leisure for their support and co-operation during the transfer period as this has ensured the centre continues to operate and provide the services it does to the local community of Aylesham. We look forward to working with the Aylesham & Snowdown Social Welfare Scheme, customers and Aylesham residents over the coming months”.
Aylesham & Snowdown Social Welfare Scheme would like to thank the staff and management team of Freedom Leisure for all the work that they have done on behalf of Aylesham and the local community for the last eight years. The management committee will endeavour to build on Freedom Leisure's legacy with Your Leisure in providing sporting and cultural activities for the Aylesham community.

Dear Aylesham Welfare Leisure Centre members and customers, we are delighted to announce that as of today (1st of May 2019) Your Leisure will be taking over the management of Aylesham Welfare Leisure Centre.
There will be no changes to the current services for the time being, as it is our aim to work with Your Leisure to engage with as many current members/customers and the local community to gain valuable feedback so Your Leisure can develop future provisions and services at... the centre to better serve you.
If you have any questions or observations, please in the first instance, discuss this with a member of the Aylsham Welfare Leisure Centre team or email info@yourleisure.uk.com
Member Information: Your membership will automatically transfer to Your Leisure and Freedom Leisure, as the previous operator, have agreed to collect your payment on our behalf for May.
During the transition stage (May 2019) your membership details and collection will then transfer to Your Leisure and we will make the necessary arrangements to collect your membership fees from the 1st of June 2019 (1st working day of the month).
There is no action required to ensure that your membership continues and from June you will see ‘Your Leisure’ on your account details and your reference number will change.
All other terms and conditions, including prices, will remain the same other than the option to upgrade your membership to include access to all Your Leisure facilities including Tides Leisure Centre, Ramsgate Leisure Centre and Hartsdown Leisure Centre.
The Aylesham Welfare Leisure Centre Team and Your Leisure look forward to the future and welcoming you as a valued customer.

Really fantastic facilities! Friendly and welcoming staff, great range of classes with some fantastic ideas and plans in the pipe line! �

One of the most welcoming gyms I've ever been to, the staff are so friendly, they remember your name, happy to talk to you, the instructors for classes are fab.

Love this gym!! Great classes! Can't wait for the new class timetable to start!! Wonderful staff, So helpful ☺

Great soft play trial today, all my kids loved it. I hope it continues!

Excellent atmosphere

A great place to go and burn those calories while building your strength up. Excellent motivational trainers and first class equipment. Relatively quiet during the morning so a great workout with little distraction is almost certainly guaranteed :-)

P.s I think for certain I'll only be going in the mornings. Evening time for me is way too distracting.
