Excellent!! I'm so happy to have this as a local delivery. Food tonight (as always) was SO GOOD! Great quality and tasty and just so well put together. Highly recommended. Babylon, you have a customer for life here.

Friendly staff, clean and nice food.

Really disappointed tonight, only 3 bits of lamb and a handful of salad. As a regular customer quite disappointing

Ridiculous!! My order comes totally wrong, Plain burger comes with cheese and a chicken kebab comes as a lamb donner.. I also spend £10 on top for icecream too and they send cheesecake then when I call no apologies and refusing to give me the extra money they owe me for giving me something half the price of what I ordered and now having to wait another half hour for my order!!

I have returned home this evening to my 16 year old daughter telling me she has been frightened by one of your delivery drivers.



We ordered and paid in full online on the evening of 24/01/18 to Lower Beeding. The order included the £1.50 delivery charge as stated on your website.



When the delivery arrived after 1.5 hours of placing the order, your driver demanded that my daughter paid an extra £3. As she had no money in the house she explained that she was unable to pay this, and was not aware there was any obligation to pay as it was paid in full online.



Your delivery driver got angry and said that my daughter had not answered her phone when he had tried to call her after his sat nav failed to find the address. My daughter explained that she had no signal on her phone and he proceeded to demand to see her phone. He was shouting at her saying that other people in the Road always pay him a tip, he was also calling her rude and said he would take the order back if she didn’t pay.



At one point your driver went to his car, my daughter shut the front door but your driver came rushing back and started aggressively banging on the front door.



The whole house was vibrating with his constant banging and my daughter was very frightened so locked herself in the bathroom.



My neighbor came out to see what the commotion was and your driver took £3 from her.



When he finally left the property his car was aggressively wheel spinning on our gravel driveway. My daughter remained on edge for the rest of the evening worried that he would return.



I’m very concerned by your driver’s disturbingly aggressive behaviour and I am reporting it to you as I am sure you would not want your delivery drivers to be frightening children in such a manner.



I would like to know what your intentions are to manage this situation to avoid it happening again and I would like to know how you are going to compensate me for the obvious upset and that has been caused.



The matter has been reported to Horsham Police.



I trust that you will give this your utmost attention given the serious nature and I look forward to to hearing from you.

Got food poisoning from here on my first ever order from them. Dirty place... wish I'd trusted my instincts.
