Sunny but very chilly conditions at the Gosport half marathon. I think we had a record number of PB’s today! Thank you to Gosport Road Runners for yet another fantastic well organised event with the best goody bag ever. See you next year! #gosportroadrunners

Our annual fun run 5 miles starting At Baffins Rovers FC @ 11am £5 entry with goodie bag . Doors open at 10 for registration

Our Baffins Trail Division launched today at QE Park! Lead by our fully qualified coach ‘Ginger Dave’ aka GD. Well done everyone who took part it was a beautiful morning. These runs are now happening every Saturday morning with the pace and distance on a 4 week rota. This week was beginners, next week intermediate. Contact us for more info

So we had a good turnout at the Hayling 10 road race at the weekend. The weather was kind which resulted in lots of Personal bests for this distance. Well done to our Emma Jolley who was First Lady!

BFC road trip to Alice Holt parkrun this morning. A beautiful course through the forest which can only be described as Havant parkrun on steroids!! And we found a Gruffalo #baffinsfitclub #parkrun #aliceholt
