Went to the BBQ day yesterday at Bahnstormer Alton, perfect sunny day for a ride and lovely food when we got there. My friend went on his R1200RT and I was on my R9T, both bought there. You always get a friendly welcome and coffee is available gratis.

Well, I am now the stupidly proud owner of the custom S1000RR designed by the one and only Baron Von Grumble... I dealt with Matt Cobby from the start and the whole thing went seamlessly - the communication, the staff, the garage and the atmosphere was brilliant. Matt going well out of his way to sort out an official handover with Chris (Le Baron) as he could see that I am a big fan. Such was the service that I’m actually going to do the 8 hour round trip from N Wales annually to keep the service book stamped at Bahnstormer and my mate from up here is going down to buy his S1000RR from Alton also... Top job!! (Still feels like a dream tho).. ����

Needed a loan bike after mine went in for assessment post accident .... Keith made the whole process seamless.... it was worth the 100 mile round trip just for the customer service here !!! This WILL be my new "local" dealer. Keep up the good work !!

Matt arranged a test drive of the R1200GS Adventure for me. What a bike! Will be coming back to take one permanently ASAP. Thanks again Matt 👍👍👍

I recently bought a used R1200 RS from Bahnstormer Alton. I traded my old bike and bought a Navigator V1 at the same time. I’ve since bought helmet comms from them. There have been some issues with the Satnav which they have always been quick to sort ought. I honestly can’t fault the service I’ve received which has been without fail first class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and the bike - which I’m really pleased with

I thought I had seen some fantastic quality dealers over the years delivering exceptional customer service but my experience at Bahnstormers in Alton beats anything I have experienced.... bar none



I was riding my ‘72 Kawasaki which died on the Bahnstormers forecourt..... I am not a customer but they tried to get the bike going.... with no success.....



Then incredibly they offered to put my bike in their van and take it to my home in Sandhurst on a Friday afternoon......



I am not a customer of Bahnstormers but I buy at least a bike a year and for sure my next will be coming from Alton....



Thanks for getting me out of a hole..... you have just won a loyal customer....

Great service, Paul was fantastic in working out a part ex deal on my 2017 S1000R. Love going in for a quick coffee and a look round...

Great service as always and the continuous flow of coffee is always most welcome.

Got my mint 2015 S1000R through Danny at Alton a month or so ago, first class service, incredible deal and the start of what I think will be a long relationship! Can’t recommend the team enough.

First service and the service crew were excellent. Got a video of what was done to the bike. The price was competitive too

Bought my '16 R1200GS from Bahnstormer Alton last year and they were brilliant.



They were doing a great deal at the time of low APR and the lads (Danny and Paul) in sales were top notch. I no longer live in England but may well be back for my next bike when my finance is done.

Big thanks to Bahnstormer Motorrad Maidenhead for the 6k service on my bike. They did a fair amount of warranty work I wasn't even aware was needed, replaced a seat without any quibble because I'd pointed out some dodgy stitching, cleaned the bike to PERFECTION (special thanks for that, it was beyond filthy) and not only that, collected and returned the bike as I was down with the man-flu.

Top service all round. I know you pay a lot for these bikes, but this is why it's worth it ��
