This personalised programme is filled with all of the exercises, tips and techniques that have helped me and ones I know will work for you. I wish something like this had been around when I was looking to build and advance my practice!

Hey! As some of you may be aware that I am stopping Ballet/Pilates group classes due to other commitments :( Good news is that I'm looking to open up space in my home studio in Kemp Town for 2 slots for one to one's in ballet/pilates or splits training. Classes wouldn't start till 22nd Sept, £45 per session if booked in blocks of 6. Please comment below if interested:

Splits training is designed to help and support the growth of your splits training. For improvers/intermediate
The class consists of a thorough warm up, that includes cardivascular movement training, strength and dynamic flexibility.
The rest of the class is focused on Static active flexibility, passive flexibility and PNF stretching.
... These techniques are to help continue your flexibility training outside of class. We would like to encourage your growth throughout the course. Pictures are a great way of showing your progress and would like to document your training each week. This is optional but highly recommend taking part.
