Today I had the 90 mins body massage and Thai foot massage from EMILY'S HOLISTIC THERAPIES @ R3balance. It was lovely! The Thai foot/leg treatment was delightful. Having been on my feet for what felt like months on end I felt all the weight lift off. The back neck massage was what I needed very badly. I am a massage therapist and that area of my body works hard and again tension, aches and general stress just lifted. Thank you Emily! 🤩

My mum and I both had a back, shoulder and neck massage today and it was very relaxing. Carine was friendly, helpful and personable. My mums quote "it was the best massage, i've ever had" Situated above "Steamline" offices, a hidden gem and would recommend people visit.

My children loved funky kids yoga, would definately recommend. Wonderful people, excellent treatments.

I’ve been going to Carly for my lashes for years now. I was very nervous at first; your eyes are precious aren’t they? But I needn’t have worries - she is fully trained, expert at what she does and uses only top quality products. Her studio is so relaxing, I always end up having a sleep while she does my eyelashes!

Ive just had the fully body massage, plus steam/collagen & microdermabrasion facial with Carine. 5* isn’t nearly enough for what she deserves, such a lovely woman who made me feel completely relaxed. By far the best massage I’ve ever had. Will be back for more & cant wait for the summer care package �

I regularly visit R3balance and I love the service I get when I do, Carly is warm and friendly...best in the business for lashes. Carine sorted my back out amazingly after months of pain with it after one visit I was sorted! And I see Matt for pt weekly, a realistic pt who pushes you yet understands when your struggling and gives you confidence. A great place run by a lovely team x

I had a gorgeous facial with Stavroula this week. I felt relaxed and comfortable and Stavi obviously loves her job , because she took care at every stage to make sure it was beautifully done. She gave me lots of skin care tips and I feel happy and confident enough to look after all her good work until I see her again in a few weeks. Thank Stavi - it was fabulous ❤❤

Had the amazing winter package yesterday thank you carine for the warm welcome and making everything relaxing. Will definitely be back for more treatments. Thank you again �

Had my eyelashes done by Carly for my daughter's wedding. She didn't have much to work with cos I lost my lashes after chemo but what a great job she made. I felt great. Would highly recommend to others in my position.

Had an amazing winter body care treatment yesterday. Thank you Carine it was so relaxing and a lovley experience and you were so welcoming. I will be back for more treatments � . I will highly recommend.

Had a amazing afternoon spent with Carine for the Winter pamper session. Hot shell massage which was purely bliss then a microderm facial my skin feel amazing still today! Then after that had my eyelashes infilled with Carly been seeing her for over a year now and I absolutely love going to see her. X

Feeling totally pampered and truly relaxed after an amazing lava shell massage using the new oils, thank you Carine! It was just what I needed tonight x

Feeling totally pampered after a pre birthday treat, fab nails and lovely new lashes! Can not recommend Carly enough, she really is a fantastic therapist, I always come out chilled and today with my amazing new lashes have a huge smile on my face � thank you! X

Carly is a fantastic lash technician. Her work is incredible & she is an absolute perfectionist. Also the salon is very welcoming & incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend.

An amazing massage from Carine today - very professional and very understanding and knowledgeable of an underlying issue with my neck, of which she took great care. Came away feeling so chilled. I will be back.
