Barrie and Andrea’s daughter, AK, and her friend are walking 26 miles on August 31st around Stone Henge in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society.
The charity is dear to both of their hearts as they have both been affected by Alzheimer’s through family members.
The trek will be tough but nowhere near as tough as it is living with and caring for someone with dementia.

What an amazing salon! I've lived up the road for years and never set foot inside. Then after a bad service elsewhere I finally got to experience the wonder of Barrie Phillipe and his staff. I can not thank you enough for the time you put into rectifying the horror I arrived with! Looks and feels amazing...thank you Lucy can't wait to see you again in a few weeks!! Also what an amazing job you did on my daughters hair she needed the pamper after such a traumatic week. A salon that really cares and goes that extra mile to please! I won't go anywhere else now!!

Such a great salon! Super speedy response (even at 7am which I didn’t expect!! �) Myself and my daughter went in, she had a restyle with Jill and I had a cut and colour with Lucy - both finished styles were beautiful. Such a relaxed, friendly and fun vibe in the salon and with amazing results. Would highly recommended xx

So I tried colonic hydro therapy session, I was a bit nervous about getting it done. I had my first session on Friday one week and my next session Friday the next week. While in my first session I was sweating and felt very sick. Louise the nurse was very kind and caring and took everything at my own pace. The reason for me feeling sick and the way I did was because it was removing all the bad toxins. Instantly after my colonic I felt very tired but I also felt quite refreshed. Louise advised me to book in for a second appointment a week later. On my second treatment while having the colonic I didn’t have the same reaction. This time I felt more comfortable. After the treatment I felt more energised and amazing in myself. I also noticed it helps with my IBS and bloating. For those worried about the tube it’s pain free and really small, no discomfort at all. I can’t stress how good I felt after this treatment. Best bit is after I was able to go into the salon after and have my hair and nails done! :-)

Myself and my 7yr old daughter went to Barrie phillipe for wash cut and drys and left feeling spoilt and gorgeous, super service, lovely atmosphere, my daughter was so well looked after too, brilliant we loved our pamper time and will definitely be back xxx

I went in with dry damaged bleached hair that was blonde and ginger with some darker patches. They managed to fix my hair so it was soft and shiny again and dyed it to a nice copper brown. I would definitely recommend them. My hair is in such a good condition again and I love the colour, will definitely be going back.

I visited this salon to get my hair pinned up for a visit to Buckingham Palace. I am from up north in Consett County Durham. I was made to feel more than welcome along with my Mother in Law. I was so happy with my hair and even though it rained all day at the palace my hair did not budge.

Very satisfied with the end result, I looked Amazing thanks to the lovely lady who did my hair and I would defiantly come back and pay a visit the next time I am in Aldershot.

I spent years living up the road from Barrie Phillips salon & having my hair cut & coloured else where. The colour of the salon put me off. It was only when someone recommended Barrie Phillips a couple of years ago I decided to try it out. It's the best hairdressers I've ever been to & didn't go anywhere else after. Now I've moved to the Midlands I have to find another hair dresser. My hairdresser kindly gave me the colour record card to take with me to. Thanks for a great service & warm atmosphere. I'd thoroughly recommend this salon. For now I'm keeping an eye out for another yellow painted salon as a good sign!

I have just been in this morning for an all over colour and restyle with Barrie. The colour is a chocolate brown and is absolutely gorgeous, it has really brought my hair back to life. It is so shiny and glossy! The restyle was fantastic, Barrie cut off a good few inches and layered my hair as well as adding a side fringe, it has completely changed my look and I am so happy. The salon atmosphere is great and everyone is always so friendly. Would recommend Barrie Phillipe in a heartbeat ☺️

Had my hair done today by Jess, colour bath, colour and cut, I absolutely love it!!! The conditioning treatments put on it were fab, and they sold a big range too. Had a hair cut and blow dry today, my first visit. Hairdresser Andrea called Andy was very nice and polite and did not annoy me with stupid conversation. Works quick, light handed and I am happy with the outcome. Everybody seems friendly . Reasonable price. Only minor thing - salon could to some tidying up and overall cleaning.
