I work nights for Boots Service Centre in Burton, and I have to say that the canteen facilities are appalling... Our Vending machines are always empty. with the hours we work, you expect to find at least some fresh sandwiches, in the machine. How do I make a complaint regarding the facilities.

I occasionally visit Swindon's BT canteen - it has always been of lower quality and overpriced, however since the smaller bistro in another part of the building closed, the BT canteen has been understaffed and the food no better.



For example, a roast dinner is sometimes on the menu but served without veg?? The bread rolls used for bacon rolls are always hard and dry, and of the burger bun variety - can't we get fresh bread in?



During the lunch hour sometimes there's just one poor member of staff out the front who has to serve the hot food and man the till - I avoid going there now as it's not worth the wait, the price or what we get.

I can't review food or service, but I am a little bewildered that so many of the 5* reviews are from their employees! lol �

Maybe I should get a job there … sounds like their staff love � them!!!

Got the following email in my inbox. When i phoned to find out about timings and London venue details, I was told in a very harsh Gestapo like manner, that it was for only certain department types. OK, so why send me an email? Now what do you do if your multi-skilled talent, from Operations Manager too Specialist Asian Chef and want to get involved in contract catering? (Bang goes the experiance) Only for certain types???

Awful canteen service with ridiculous prices. Often run out of basic things. Do not use if your company are thinking of hiring new canteen caterers.
