Friendly and welcoming staff. As a new female member attending alone, I do not feel intimidated by anyone, everyone is friendly and encouraging. A fantastic well equipped and very modern gym with a brilliant computerised recording and programme system, the classes are fun and sociable and the bar and bistro has a lovely atmosphere and tasty food! All areas are spotlessly clean and very well presented. In general, a compact and friendly place with everything you need under one roof!

For future plans, A pool would be fantastic and would top it off beautifully. :)

If you are after fitness or fat loss results, a family day out or a place to de stress and relax this is the place to be!

Bay Point is the best! I've been a member at LA Fitness, when I lived in Surrey and I've tried Tides in Deal, but it is only at Bay Point that I do not feel like a number. Staff and instructors are so nice and friendly it makes me feel I'm amongst friends. Everyone is also very professional and I really enjoy classes I attend.

My wife was hit in the face by a firework at your display and had her face burned on the 29/10/16 she has to have MRIs x-rays and painkillers for weeks after and surgery to straighten her nose to follow. Your insurance companies response is that accidents happen!



Apparently you did all you had to to make the event safe , if this is the case why did the firework hit her in the 1st place? , I asked what would have happened if the firework would have hit my son and caused more injury ? The response was the same accidents happen.



The insurance company accepts the firework hit her in the face and that the injury is consistent, as they had my wife's medial records, but are unwilling to offer any help .



So if anyone in future is thinking about going to a future event, just be aware that accidents happen and that there is every chance a firework could hit you (as these things happen) especially if you are taking children because who wants to get a broken nose and burned skin,when trying to enjoy yourself.
