The best coffee shop in the Medway towns staff are very polite and helpful I won't go to any other coffee shop when I'm in Chatham keep up the good work bbs

I was in BB's in Chatham last week and there was an elderly gentleman eating his lunch, a member of staff from there (with pale pink hair,) was clearing tables and she really touched my heart, she went and sat with the gentleman and had a lovely chat and joke with him about not having his gloves with him. It was so lovely to see it made my day how caring she was. Xx

Did Chatham yesterday on my day off. Smashing example of bb's.... clean and tidy, girls were friendly and polite and the coffee and muffin were both good. Shall definitely use them next time
