Nicola's reflexology treatments are highly recommended. She has a medical background, and is very knowledgeable with a lovely warm manner. Expect to leave in a different completely different frame of mind... feeling very peaceful.

I started seeing Nicola a couple of months ago for reflexology - partly for relaxation, partly because my partner and I are trying for a baby and I was interested to see how reflexology could help. While I've not gotten pregnant yet, I cannot recommend Nicola and her reflexology enough. I used to get really bad PMT but since seeing Nicola is has completely disappeared - I cannot describe how happy this makes me (and my boyfriend!). I love going to see Nicola. She creates a really relaxing environment. We always have a good gossip (and a chat about our shared love of Joe Wicks!). I always look forward to my treatments, she's fab! x

I had treatment three, as case study number one, of Nicola's Thai foot massage yesterday...it went from really good two weeks ago to amazing this time! Thank you, my feet are feeling fab x

Full body massage (FBM) super! Reflexology even better !!! I think so... Still cannot decide which one I prefer now (I always thought that it would be a FBM until I had reflexology). What I want to say is that both of them done by Nic are great. Your hands are amazing Nic !!!!
