Good afternoon people, after a busy day on Snipe Lake there will be swims available from 5pm tonight and first thing tomorrow morning.

User

As usual over the Easter weekend the Carp in Snipe Lake do a disappearing act and prove difficult to bank. So well done to Chris Shepherd on just landing this 16-05 Mirror on a busy lake. Good angling fella!

User

Matt Fisk is back on Snipe Lake and continues his good form, this time staying away from the commons and banking this lovely mirror. Happy Days.

User

Well done to Clive Jones landing a p.b catfish of 49lb this afternoon.

User

Well done to Tuscany Lake regular Chris Jones. Fishing a overnighter he managed his biggest Cat of the year so far with this 62-00 just before dark. Good angling fella!

User

Well done to Matt Fisk who carried on his good form on Snipe Lake with this 16-02 Common on a overnighter. Good to see a couple of fish coming out after a quiet weekend. With the temp's rising towards the Easter break, all looks good for plenty more to be banked. Good angling fella!

User

After a tough weekend on Snipe Lake, good to see that Snipe regular Steve White has managed to bag himself this lovely 16-04 Mirror. Good angling fella!

User

As of now there are swims available on both Snipe Lake and Tuscany Lake.

User

A very well do to Shane who has just banked a personal best cat at 38lb very early into his day session on Tuscany Lake,.

User

Well done to Hayley McConnell and dad Julian fishing Tuscany Lake last night for Hayley`s birthday session.. Hayley choose to target the last couple of carp and was rewarded with this nice 15lb common and Julian landed 2 cats, a mid double and this one at 46lb. Happy birthday Hayley

User

Well done to Connor Wood who has been sat in the rain on Daughters Lake today and been rewarded for his patience with 3 fish in the last hour. 2 x Mirror's at 9-04 & 11-00 and his 1st ever Grassie at 10-02. Good angling fella!

User

Well, the big girl has made another appearance, this time falling to Mike Lewis early this morning weighing in at a p.b of 32-07.

User

A very well done to Darryl Cook who has just ticked off another target fish from Snipe Lake in the shape of "Stumpy Tail" at 19-04. Snipe has been fishing hard over the weekend with just one 15lb Mirror caught. Once again Darryl made the effort to find some fish and was rewarded. Good angling fella!

User

Well done to John Weller and his little lad fishing on Daughters Lake today, landing 3 fish in very cold conditions.

User

Well done to Julian McConnell who has got his catfish season underway with this one at 46-14. Happy Days.

Ben and I are pleased to announce that we have teamed up with the Anglers National Line Recycling Scheme. The ANLRS is run on a purely voluntary basis and working with fisheries, tackle shops and anglers hopefully they can encourage us all to re-cycle our old fishing line. We have 3 bins in our on site tackle shop, for Mono, Braid or Fluorocarbon so if you have any old line we encourage you to use it next time you visit us.

User

Would highly recommend beaver fishery really nice lakes with some stunning fish for the beginner to the more experienced angler. Decent sized cat fish record of 80lb and planty of big carp on 3 specimen lakes. I've thouroughly enjoyed both of my visits and had a PB each time, and if you needed any advise Chriss and Andy are always there to help and give excellent advise!

User

Went to beaver yesterday hoping to go on daughters or majors lake but they were closed .. so so fished on Jeff's lake and had the most amazing day fishing the staff there were very help full and the facilities there are brilliant to :-) deff will be going back there very very soon . Ps the fish I caught were beautiful fish too . You can tell the fish are very well kept.

User

Well looked after complex and nice staff and had a nice fish on only second visit

User

Seriously what a beautiful fishery. It was my first visit and was absolutely stunned as soon as I drove in. I fished the snipe lake and wow what a beautiful looking lake. So many day ticket waters nowadays make you feel like you are fishing a holding pen for fish waiting to be caught. Not with snipe! It really felt like you were fishing a natural water. With the gunnerers, ferns and other shrubs covering the lake it's really a sight to behold. I havnt turned up to a water in a long time and been that excited to just explore it and look for the fish. It really made me feel like I was 8 years old fishing for the time first time again. The lads there have obviously put alot of time and effort in over the winter months and it has certainly payed off! There may not be alot of fish (which is a good thing) in there but when you do get one wow they are stunning and you can tell how well they are looked after! Alot of day ticket waters need to take note this is what carp fishing is about.

Will certainly be back very soon!

User

Plenty of variety and great fish throughout the complex. I really like the smaller waters, eden pond is my favourite - you can sense Mr Crabtree would like it too.

My husband has only recently got back into fishing and we try to get to Beaver Fisheries once a week if we can. We had previously gone to another fishery and been disappointed by the lack of facilities, the filthy toilets and the lack of anyone to help. Our local fishing shop - Hemmings in Penge - told us about Beavers and we are so glad they did. Yesterday my husband managed to catch 30 fish in Jeff's Lake after only 6 weeks back fishing. There is a shop onsite for equipment and bait. The facilities are excellent with very clean toilets and showers and even disabled access. There is a fab 'burger' van with breakfast, soups, burgers etc within easy reach. There is a very friendly, accessible atmosphere about this fishery and you can see why people go back regularly. The two bailiffs Andy and Ben are great and I think this is why this place is so popular. We have seen Andy more often and he is free with advice and help wherever its asked for, his interest in fishing is obvious and he is a massive bonus to this place. As a non fishing person - it is pretty, comfortable and peaceful and no effort for me to sit and read in beautiful surroundings.

User

Lovely fishing venue. Nice and clean and very helpful friendly staff. Pity the burger van doesnt open very often but still a great place for a days fishing.

User

Ive fished since as long as I can remember and yesterday was my first time at Beavers. Unfortunately luck was against me yesterday as I had nothing out despite two liners. That said it was a fantastic place to visit and I will be back in a week or two. Both bailiffs, Andy and Ben were very pleasant and accommodating, both with very clear and and unsurpassed knowledge of the lakes. I was also amazed when Andy turned up at the swims to see how we were getting on, and then wished us well, this is a first in my experience as most places just take your cash, tell you how its fishing (or not) and show no interest and let you get on, but to have a bailif at your swim was a whole different level. I look forward to returning to Beaver Fishery and hopefully catch my first beaver Carp - many thanks guys

User

I had a fantastic days fishing at Beaver farm on the Moat Farm Pond. 10 Carp up to about 8 pound on the pellet and floating crust in open water and the margins.

The lake complex is well maintained, the fish are in very good condition and even the little ones fight like mad on light tackle. The tackle shop is very handy and toilets are brand new, clean and fitted to good spec. The Bailiff was friendly and helpful.

User

Grounds and toilets are well looked after which is the reason my wife joins me at this venue. The staff are professional, very friendly and willing to help at a drop of a hat, and unlike a lot of fisheries they actually make you feel welcome. Fishing is excellent with lots of options, the only downside is the lack of on site food or drink as the burger van only opens at weekends and bank holidays due to personal reasons which is a shame as the guy that runs it is also very pleasant and the food is good.

User

Great place to visit brilliant staff and we'll looked after venue. Been comeing here for year as a specimen hunter and days and nyt out pleasure fishing with the family it pleasure to spend my money here. Keep up good work lads. M slade

User

Great place to fish for all sorts either big or small. The staff are really good and give tips and help as well. Try the specimen lakes if you haven't already

User

First time we have ever fishing beaver farm today. 3 of us fished snipe lake. When we arrived the chap in the office was very helpful and also paid us a visit on the bank giving advice on where the fish hold up.

2 hours later my friend caught a 26lb mirror.

Great days fishing and a great all round fishery!

User

Been here a couple of times now but never for the cat 1st time fishing for cat and I beat my PB twice been trying all year at other venues but with no success grounds and toilets are well looked after staff are great and willing to help at a drop of a hat can't wait to go back

User

Been 2times now best place ever , just got into Cat fishing bailiffs very helpful which is a must , I am a head Bailiff on Wimbledon Park and can see these guys care , made me feel welcome , gave me advice on baits to use and I caught a few cats see really happy will keep going 3 on the bank up to 36lb and last 2 big ones .

User

Beautiful setting, immaculately clean everywhere you look. The lakes and fish are so well looked after with perfect swims well spaced apart. The bailiffs are two great guys who will help you from start to finish and keep this fishery as one of the best around. Even if you blank you’ll have had the perfect day sat in wildlife and quietness.

User

After almost 30 years away from the sport, I came across Beaver Fishery doing research on the Internet and decided to give it a go and I’m so glad I did. Over the last 5 months, I’ve really enjoyed this place and its swims, the fishing and particularly the people, both the friendly anglers and the supportive and helpful bailiffs Andy and Ben.

The lakes have been very enjoyable to fish on, particularly Jeff’s Lake and the facilities are excellent including ample parking, clean and (heated) toilets, the tackle shop with a good array of kit and bait, and let’s not forget Jeff’s Burger van to get some top notch grub – particularly when you really need a burger fix.

I couldn’t recommend this fishery more, particularly for anyone after a good day’s fishing in a great and relaxing environment and enjoy catching some carp, bream, roach and other species. My thanks to Andy and Ben and see you for more angling adventures in 2017 chaps.

User

1st time at beavers with my brother and friend, we payed for a 48hr to fish snipe, I had no luck on there so we decided to give the cats a go on tuscany, well that's the highlight of my trip ! Never caught one and I landed a beautiful 33lb cat within an hour, I highly recommend this fishery, very honest and very nice bailiffs, facilities are amazing, could not believe my eyes when I saw the showers, nice little tack shop on site with all you need! 10/10 thanks allot

User

I stopped fishing here 9yrs ago, because i didnt like the place. I likend it to fishing on the moon. The landscape was horrible.great fishing but i like to enjoy the scenery as much as catch fish.

I recently returned with my mate for a 3 nighter. I was reluctant to go.

BLIMEY what a fantastic change and beautiful setting its become now. Helpfull bailifs and well stocked shop.

And not a sign of litter anywhere.

They done a Great job here and il defo be back. Have to cos i lost the biggest fish ive ever struck into. The fish here are certainly healty and in a good condition.

I couldnt do a thing to stop that fish.

Next time.

My only little grizzle was it would be nice to have a sound deflecting fence along the road side at the specimen lakes.

That jet wash played havoc with my bladder :(
